I bet $1.20 after almost eating my $100 I got a bonus and it paid back $1.60 LOL It's just pathetic ...

Nothing has change. Just regret! Same old shit bonuses thanks greedy Indian Chief. I have a suggestion- instead of spending millions minding other Tribes business, why don't you spend those millions improving your smoke filled casino by improving your ventilation and replacing that stinking rug? LOL

We have had free rooms at Cache Creek for some time but until now had only done day trips. A 1 night get away using 2 comped rooms with my mom and my husband. Outstanding rooms in the South tower! Bathrooms are huge, the shower is almost too big, you have to get out of the water to adjust the temp. That big! Comfortable beds, bath robes, smart fridge. Coffee in the room was not good. And the coffee maker in mom's room didn't work at all. Very thoughtful lighting was a stand out. The pool/spa area was beautiful even in the rain! The elevators to the hotel were confusing to me at first, when you push your floor it will tell which elevator to get in. I got the hang of it. The casino was the casino. This time we left ahead;) A lovely stay was had by all!

Cache Creek is my new favorite casino in NorCal!! After a 5-year hiatus I recently came back and had a good time. Fast forward a month and they have sent me some great incentives and I'm quite surprised as I've never received them before. For January 2026 I have 2 free night stay, a good amount of free play and food credit. I stayed at the hotel for the new year and I was very much impressed. Upon arriving I utilized the free valet and it was nice and easy. The hotel check-in process was seamless and the front desk staff as well as the bell staff were amazing. Customer service here overall is just at an all-time high and I love that. The king bedroom I was given was in the South Tower which was the newer tower and I had a valley view as well as a pool view. The view was amazing although it was cloudy and raining I could look out the window all day. The room was very modern and chic, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was firm yet extremely comfortable and I have no complaints. This was one of the better rooms that I've stayed at in a casino. My two-day stay was great, the slots did me right as I won a jackpot and kept winning. I accumulated a lot of cache comp which paid for my meals during my stay as well as my gas. My only complaints are the excessive amount of smoke, my clothes reek of smoke. Also, I had a few issues at one of the restaurants but other than that everything was good. Overall, this may be my new go-to casino!!

I'm not a gambler in any way shape or form but it's nice to do random things once in a blue moon. Haven't been back in over a decade, and boy oh boy so many changes for the good. Beautiful swimming pool area, nice upgraded hotel rooms, and ample table and slot machines. . Dealers and customers are friendly and fun to be around. Nice restaurants to eat throughout your stay. I came... won... and left a winner. :)

If remembering cache creek it's always this burger spot on the side. We love how the deli cheeseburger with fries on the side they are consistently serving grilled flavor of patty and crispy French fries and this is the burger flavor me and husband always love...

We stayed one night at the resort this past weekend and it was amazing! Room: We had a room in the South Tower on the 9th floor. The view was breathtaking, over the serene rolling foothills. The elevator requires you to enter your floor number, and then assigns an elevator for you to get on. This was cool and the fact that we didn't have to stop at every floor to let people on or off was an added bonus. Casino: The casino has many of the newer games so we were pretty excited about that. We were able to use our freeplay, and the machines were semi-generous. I saw several handpays which also gives me hope for one (LOL), but always a nice thing to see that the machines are paying. A little smokey but not too bad. Canyon Cafe: I learned that the cafe takes reservations through Open Table (uh oh, the secret is out!) so that worked in our favor for dinner on Saturday night (pre-concert meal), as well as a late breakfast on Sunday. The food was nothing short of amazing. They were super busy Sunday morning but the servers were hustling and doing as well as could be expected during a busy time. Concert Venue: We had tickets to see The Commodores. We were in the 7th row on the floor, which were great seats. The Commodores were amazing! The only thing I didn't like was that during several songs, people with seats farther back, were allowed to dance right in front of stage, and security did not stop them. One gal kept running up to the stage and taking selfies with the performers behind her, constantly blocking the person sitting in the front, on the end. I am not security so it is up to that person to say something, however, if you buy a ticket for a premium seat, others should not be allowed to rush to the front so they have a front seat view. I am not being a downer about this, I am just suggesting that security not allow people to block others' view. I mean, why is security stationed at both ends of the stage if they aren't going to do their jobs? Bars: We sat at the Elevate Lounge and had a couple of drinks when we first arrived. The bartender made an excellent Raspberry Lemon Drop! Later on in the day, we sat at the bar at the cafe. Evan (Bartender) was very attentive, and was very kind when we asked him to take our picture. Overall, this casino has definitely set the bar high for service and entertainment!

A messed up machine that no one here seems to care about.

Ironically I have a completed guest comment form in my purse. We come here whenever my mom visits, which is a couple of times a year. On my last 3 visits, including this one I have been literally sucked by how poor the slots play and pay. The casino is in disrepair (torn chairs) and they are short staffed. Not one of the 6 machines I have played on this trip have paid out and my current one literally should have paid out several times but never did. I have been waiting for service for over 15 minutes and have given up hope on being helped. I honestly feel like this should be my last visit here. We played at Red Hawk Casino AND Cache Creek Casino twice in the last week and the difference between the two experiences has been staggering. I walked out of Red Hawk with $473 extra dollars in my pocket just 2 days ago. Here, I'm just going to walk out feeling depressed and like I just got screwed in public. I am NOT a fan of Cache Creek Casino.

Cache Creek has to be The cleanest casino around! There's always an attendant in the restroom which keeps the bathrooms spotless and stocked and there's always staff going around and cleaning the machines and straightening the chairs. The staff including the security guards are always pleasant and helpful all the while keeping everyone safe! And when I play the table games the dealers and the bosses are engaging a super nice too. I go there to have fun and they really help me feel like I'm having fun. I go with the mindset to play and not necessarily to win because it's a casino and the casino always wins! From the time that I arrive and have the free valet service plug my car in to charge, to eating a nice bowl of Pho, to gaming on the slots and tables and having valet bring my car to me I'm having a blast!

This review is mainly for the casino floor. It's gorgeous inside side. Sleek, dark, and filled with a ton of slot machines and table games. I played on one of my favorite machines and got a small bonus early. Areas are marked clearly so you can find the cashier and restrooms easily. I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying their restaurants.

This is a very handy feature for when you are in desperate need of ironing your clothes before a concert

Stayed in room 11011 which is a very large 2 room executive suite. This room offers floor to ceiling windows in both rooms with amazing scenic views of the green hills. The room feels like everything in it was hand picked just for you. You are given complimentary Fiji waters with a robust assortment of K cup coffee pods. I would highly recommend these Cache Creek rooms in the South tower. Better than 90% of all the Las Vegas suites we have stayed at in the past.

We stayed here on a golf package. I'm not a gambler nor smoker. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and room is nicely appointed, although you can smell cigarette smoke in the room on the 10th floor. I was congested during my entire stay. You have to walk through the casino to access the South Tower and various eateries/restaurants. We had Dinner - duck noodles, Shrimp Platter, ice cream, Breakfast - Portuguese Breakfast, and Corned Beef Hash. Service was good, no complaints. I would come back if there is a "non smoking" lodging separate from the casino.

That's our view on Mother's Day seriously, you know this hotel is not full!! Cache Creek sucks!!

Very cool. They also sell kitchen and giftable items; and serve food made to order and also offering prepackaged to go. The staff are always so kind and helpful. The cab did not have harsh tannins that overpower, but just enough to be present without interfering with the almost jammy fruit. They had a syrah, too, but were sold out of their sparkling wine. I was worried that the wind might be to much fir the too lift off, but they said if they can't, they have alternative locations. Once we got I'm the air it was very smooth and very relaxing. There we about 20 people in our basket. Not alot of room, but keep in mind your not going to move around in the balloon basket . We rose up in the ir and went where the wind took us. After our pilot explained everything to us we were confident he knew what he was doing . He even took us inside a hillside where we were able to get close to some trees . Landing was pretty smooth. They picked up up with their vans and drive us back. And this is where it goes from 4 stars to 5. We purchase the champagne package which I highly recommend. We got to share a bottle of champagne with our pilot and he told us all about the first hot air ballon, which was way before airplanes , and explained to us where the name Pilot came from. Overall , it was a great end to a great experience and I highly recommend it .

I give it a 4.5. We had to arrive super early and wait for them to set up everything. It was cold…read moreoutside and they did provide coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. We the weather being so unpredictable we had to wait. I was fine with wait because i do value my life. I had the chance to cross off a major item from my bucket list. A hot air balloon ride and wow, what an experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Floating high above the landscape, seeing everything from a completely new perspective, was truly magical. The sunrise was especially beautiful as we drifted along, and the silence up there, broken only by the loud occasional burst of the burner, was unlike anything I've ever experienced. That said, there were a few things to consider. The heat from the burner can be overwhelming, especially if you're not prepared for it. I didn't wear a hat, and I really wish I had and i am short 5'2 those blasts of hot air can get pretty intense when they hit you directly! So, if you're planning this trip, definitely bring something to cover your head. The landing was a bit of a wild ride, too. The ground was much harder and more uneven than I expected, and we didn't quite know where we'd land until we were almost on top of it. Also getting in and out can be extremely challenging. It's hard climbing into and out of the basket and it's very tightly packed. Not a lot of space to move. I knew the risks going in but the whole experience was so worth it. Even with those little surprises, it was absolutely incredible. Would I do it again? Definitely not! Despite the heat and the bumpy landing, the beauty of the experience makes it all worthwhile and a one timer for me. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something unique and unforgettable to add to your list of adventures. Just don't forget your hat!
