I'm not a gambler in any way shape or form but it's nice to do random things once in a blue moon. Haven't been back in over a decade, and boy oh boy so many changes for the good. Beautiful swimming pool area, nice upgraded hotel rooms, and ample table and slot machines. . Dealers and customers are friendly and fun to be around. Nice restaurants to eat throughout your stay. I came... won... and left a winner. :)

We have had free rooms at Cache Creek for some time but until now had only done day trips. A 1 night get away using 2 comped rooms with my mom and my husband. Outstanding rooms in the South tower! Bathrooms are huge, the shower is almost too big, you have to get out of the water to adjust the temp. That big! Comfortable beds, bath robes, smart fridge. Coffee in the room was not good. And the coffee maker in mom's room didn't work at all. Very thoughtful lighting was a stand out. The pool/spa area was beautiful even in the rain! The elevators to the hotel were confusing to me at first, when you push your floor it will tell which elevator to get in. I got the hang of it. The casino was the casino. This time we left ahead;) A lovely stay was had by all!

If remembering cache creek it's always this burger spot on the side. We love how the deli cheeseburger with fries on the side they are consistently serving grilled flavor of patty and crispy French fries and this is the burger flavor me and husband always love...

A messed up machine that no one here seems to care about.

Ironically I have a completed guest comment form in my purse. We come here whenever my mom visits, which is a couple of times a year. On my last 3 visits, including this one I have been literally sucked by how poor the slots play and pay. The casino is in disrepair (torn chairs) and they are short staffed. Not one of the 6 machines I have played on this trip have paid out and my current one literally should have paid out several times but never did. I have been waiting for service for over 15 minutes and have given up hope on being helped. I honestly feel like this should be my last visit here. We played at Red Hawk Casino AND Cache Creek Casino twice in the last week and the difference between the two experiences has been staggering. I walked out of Red Hawk with $473 extra dollars in my pocket just 2 days ago. Here, I'm just going to walk out feeling depressed and like I just got screwed in public. I am NOT a fan of Cache Creek Casino.

We stayed one night at the resort this past weekend and it was amazing! Room: We had a room in the South Tower on the 9th floor. The view was breathtaking, over the serene rolling foothills. The elevator requires you to enter your floor number, and then assigns an elevator for you to get on. This was cool and the fact that we didn't have to stop at every floor to let people on or off was an added bonus. Casino: The casino has many of the newer games so we were pretty excited about that. We were able to use our freeplay, and the machines were semi-generous. I saw several handpays which also gives me hope for one (LOL), but always a nice thing to see that the machines are paying. A little smokey but not too bad. Canyon Cafe: I learned that the cafe takes reservations through Open Table (uh oh, the secret is out!) so that worked in our favor for dinner on Saturday night (pre-concert meal), as well as a late breakfast on Sunday. The food was nothing short of amazing. They were super busy Sunday morning but the servers were hustling and doing as well as could be expected during a busy time. Concert Venue: We had tickets to see The Commodores. We were in the 7th row on the floor, which were great seats. The Commodores were amazing! The only thing I didn't like was that during several songs, people with seats farther back, were allowed to dance right in front of stage, and security did not stop them. One gal kept running up to the stage and taking selfies with the performers behind her, constantly blocking the person sitting in the front, on the end. I am not security so it is up to that person to say something, however, if you buy a ticket for a premium seat, others should not be allowed to rush to the front so they have a front seat view. I am not being a downer about this, I am just suggesting that security not allow people to block others' view. I mean, why is security stationed at both ends of the stage if they aren't going to do their jobs? Bars: We sat at the Elevate Lounge and had a couple of drinks when we first arrived. The bartender made an excellent Raspberry Lemon Drop! Later on in the day, we sat at the bar at the cafe. Evan (Bartender) was very attentive, and was very kind when we asked him to take our picture. Overall, this casino has definitely set the bar high for service and entertainment!

I bet $1.20 after almost eating my $100 I got a bonus and it paid back $1.60 LOL It's just pathetic ...

Avoid this casino. When you get a bonus, there no pay. There no point in gambling if you don't pay the win. Machines are super tight. The place is like ghost town, nobody around. That's what happened when you scammed people not paying on a bonus....

Cache Creek has to be The cleanest casino around! There's always an attendant in the restroom which keeps the bathrooms spotless and stocked and there's always staff going around and cleaning the machines and straightening the chairs. The staff including the security guards are always pleasant and helpful all the while keeping everyone safe! And when I play the table games the dealers and the bosses are engaging a super nice too. I go there to have fun and they really help me feel like I'm having fun. I go with the mindset to play and not necessarily to win because it's a casino and the casino always wins! From the time that I arrive and have the free valet service plug my car in to charge, to eating a nice bowl of Pho, to gaming on the slots and tables and having valet bring my car to me I'm having a blast!

This is a very handy feature for when you are in desperate need of ironing your clothes before a concert

Stayed in room 11011 which is a very large 2 room executive suite. This room offers floor to ceiling windows in both rooms with amazing scenic views of the green hills. The room feels like everything in it was hand picked just for you. You are given complimentary Fiji waters with a robust assortment of K cup coffee pods. I would highly recommend these Cache Creek rooms in the South tower. Better than 90% of all the Las Vegas suites we have stayed at in the past.

That's our view on Mother's Day seriously, you know this hotel is not full!! Cache Creek sucks!!

The place isn't even busy! But we are not Big gamblers, and my husband surprised me with a room for Mother's Day because our kids were going to be out of town!! and they gave us the ugliest view!! we don't live that far so we should've not spent the night!!

This review is mainly for the casino floor. It's gorgeous inside side. Sleek, dark, and filled with a ton of slot machines and table games. I played on one of my favorite machines and got a small bonus early. Areas are marked clearly so you can find the cashier and restrooms easily. I'm looking forward to visiting again and trying their restaurants.

We stayed here on a golf package. I'm not a gambler nor smoker. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and room is nicely appointed, although you can smell cigarette smoke in the room on the 10th floor. I was congested during my entire stay. You have to walk through the casino to access the South Tower and various eateries/restaurants. We had Dinner - duck noodles, Shrimp Platter, ice cream, Breakfast - Portuguese Breakfast, and Corned Beef Hash. Service was good, no complaints. I would come back if there is a "non smoking" lodging separate from the casino.

Our son was turning one month and that is exactly what we were looking for, a couple of days away from the busy city life. We didn't want noises of cars driving by, people roaming the streets and having conversations outside of your bedroom window. I came across this place while surfing airbnb and we couldn't have been any happier that we found it. Briana was a great host! She gave me a call within a few hours of me booking the place online. She advised me that it would be smart to have all of my grocery shopping done prior to arriving at Casa Bella Verde as there are no stores in the immediate area and she also advised me of the unpaved road that is leading up to the house when you turn off the main road. Having the knowledge of these things was very helpful. The "guest house" that you stay in has everything that you might need to have a weekend (or even longer) of relaxation. The guest house is very modern with the amenities one might need and not need. We were particularly fans of the jacuzzi hot tub which is big enough to fit 4 adults. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the deck which has some amazing views. As a host, we couldn't have asked for a better one. When we got there she did a walk through with us to explain to us on how all of the gadgets work (everything is very high tech.) The fridge was stocked with eggs, some english muffins, and orange juice. As we were making dinner we realized we forgot olive oil and balsamic, I had asked Briana is she by chance had any and without a doubt she did. Within a couple of minutes of me asking I was able to walk over to the main house and there was what we had asked for on the kitchen counter. Thank you for everything Briana and I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Solage is nestled right on the Silverado Trail in the heart of Calistoga, and the location is unbeatable--you're basically three minutes from downtown and a short, scenic drive from St. Helena and Yountville. The property itself is stunning. It's got that modern wine-country vibe with about 100 detached studios spread across 20-plus acres. When you're sitting in one of the natural hot spring pools or hitting the cold dips at the spa, it really does feel like world-class luxury. Between the mud slides, the gravity chairs, and the fitness classes, you can easily spend your whole trip without leaving the gates. The Food: Solbar is a must. We had the seven-course New Year's Eve prix fixe with wine pairings over numerous years, and each were equally unique and incredible. It's that perfect balance of farm-to-table "health" food and total comfort dishes. For something more low-key, Picobar by the pool has some of the best Baja-style tacos I've had in NorCal. Plus, the whole place is super dog-friendly, which is a huge win for us. The Experience & Pro-Tip: Definitely book through AmEx Platinum if you can. We used the Fine Hotels + Resorts program and snagged a $300 credit, a late 4 p.m. checkout, and an automatic upgrade. I will say, even "perfect" places have their off moments. This year, despite requesting a room close to the spa months in advance (and confirming twice), they initially tucked us away at the far edge of the property. I wasn't thrilled about hiking across 22 acres in my robe and sandals! I spoke with the front desk, and the concierge actually went back and reviewed my recorded calls to verify the request. They did move us about 30 minutes later to a spot half the distance away, though it lacked the private fenced patio and fireplace of our original booking. I was too tired to keep fighting it and just wanted to get to the spa, so I settled in. Despite that hiccup, the service and the atmosphere here remain some of the best in the world. It's not cheap, but for the memories and the access to Napa's best vineyards, it's worth it every time. Can't wait to be back next year.

Compared to Stanly, the rates for rooms were more expensive while I felt the Stanly offered a much better campus. Despite the comments about the campus, the food onsite was pretty good and the reviews will be posted in their respective pages. The room service could have been better as they missed delivery of the pre-ordered breakfast in the morning as the night shift didn't properly fill in the order request and didn't get placed, but the team quickly remedied the situation and delivered not too long after our original request time. The rooms were comfy with a good layout, but the garden out back were covered with fences and it didn't feel as freeing as Stanly Ranch's rooms where the back patio is uncovered. Overall, I'd visit Stanly or Auberge du Soleil when going back to the Napa area.

Lounge sets were not covered prior to our arrival which I would expect as part of housekeeping. Hence can't use lounge chairs and patio furniture without cleaning. Spiders on outside furnitures and inside cottage had one dangle down its web right in front of me while sitting on the sofa. Bathtub inside is broken and can't use to take a bath and looks like it's been broken for a while. I liked the folding patio door setup as allows a nice view of the roses in the yard and a nice breeze but a lot of bugs. Could be helpful if there's lavender plants in the backyard. Nice fire place in backyard that can run really hot and keep bugs off you and a nice place to relax in the morning. Shower had nice heated floors but tub not working detracted from the experience. Service is great and everyone was ultra friendly but hard product is missing the spot.

My wife and I recently stayed at Carneros Resort and Spa to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary,…read moreand unfortunately the experience fell far short of the luxury standards the resort advertises and the price point it commands. Upon arrival, we had to wait to check in because there was only one person working the front desk. For a resort charging nearly $1,200 per night, this was not a great first impression. There was also no welcome drink or arrival experience offered. The next day I noticed a bottle of wine and cups sitting on a table near check-in, but no one had mentioned it to us when we arrived. I booked through American Express Platinum and inquired about a room upgrade, but was told the resort was at full capacity and no upgrades were available. However, throughout our stay the property appeared surprisingly empty and certainly did not feel anywhere close to full occupancy. I had also informed the resort ahead of time that we were celebrating our 6th anniversary. There was no welcome note, no small gift, and no acknowledgment whatsoever. While not required, these are the types of details luxury resorts typically excel at, especially when guests are celebrating special occasions. The room itself was another disappointment. For the rate we paid, it felt small and poorly maintained. Several lights and the television were unplugged, leaving us to troubleshoot them ourselves. The curtains were falling off the rod, and there was visible trash in the backyard area. These are basic maintenance issues that should never be present at a property positioning itself as a luxury destination. Dining was equally frustrating. We attempted to get a table at The Farm and were told the next available table would be about 20 minutes. We were offered immediate seating outside near the bar, but staff failed to mention that this was effectively a different dining experience with a much more limited menu. The service there was poor from start to finish. Our waiter forgot to place one of our orders, resulting in my wife's meal arriving much later than mine. We frequently had to flag him down just to receive basic service. The food portions were small and the quality was mediocre at best. The one bright spot of our stay was the wine tasting at Post Tasting Room with Cole. He was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about creating a great guest experience. He was easily the highlight of our visit. Overall, Carneros Resort and Spa did not deliver the luxury experience it promises, nor did it justify its premium pricing. Between the poor service, lack of attention to detail, room condition issues, and disappointing dining experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to friends or family.

There is overflow parking across the street which I had to go park at once. Inside the casino is actually nice but can have big crowds. Plenty of bars for your preferred libations. There is also a food court for when you get the munchies after a concert or drinks or both LOL I'm sure I will be visiting again.

Starting with the nice-sized hot tub indoors, and also a good sized sauna and steam room. My esthetician, Danielle, was great. And create a lot of information on the products use which I appreciated. Ingredient regulations in the u s versus europe and other asian countries, interesting, thnx! My only complaint would be that the walk from the casino to the spa is a long way , but that's just me being binge lazy. I do like the bathing suit dryer and plastic bags provided, but they do lack the little things like qtips, cotton, brushes, glad I usually bring my own anyway. Can't wait to return!

The room was great, the pool and hot tubs were fantastic, the bungalow had its own soaking tub inside as well, but the mud bath was insanely relaxing and leaves your skin feeling amazing. I measured the length of the pool in Google satellite view and it's about 20 yards so you can get some decent laps in. There are seating areas in and near the lobby; my team had a spot to play board games in the hallway one night. We had a meeting room right off the bar for a small 3-day conference. We had some natural light coming through frosted windows but no direct. There was another room in a separate building with natural light that looked really great, but ours was fine too. All the drinks and food we got were great, as well as the coffee shop!
