I had gotten a not-so-great cut a few weeks ago at another hair cutting chain and really needed it fixed. Michelle listened to my concerns and asked all the right questions. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful with her suggestions. She did a great job! I couldn't be happier with the cut. Added bonus. Blis is like a breath of fresh air! The vibe here is amazing. The other stylists are really fun and engaging, and it is edgy yet sophisticated!
