This is a review for the hair portion of this salon, not the nails or spray tan…read more Now disclaimer this is the first time I've EVER left a review this drastic on a small business. But, I'm warning you now. Do not let Kaitlyn anywhere near your hair. They are the most inconsistent people I have ever been to and lack communication. Messaged prior to booking on how to book a session to go full blonde and showed her the desired color. I was told to book it as a full highlight, so I did. I was also told it might take multiple sessions, which is fine, I'm aware of that. However, when I got it done I couldn't even tell how it went before I left because the lady said she can't dry hair right now due to an accident she had which I didn't know until arriving there. So I went home and the color was a BRASSY ORANGE and the my roots were left completely undone. No amount of purple or blue shampoo can fix this. The bleach is also entirely uneven and it literally looks like I've had months of regrowth when I just barely got it done. Mind you I've had my hair bleached professionally in the past and know how well my hair lifts. This was nowhere close. She said she toned it, there is no way she did. The color was nowhere near what I asked for and she tried to do the color of the inspo pic I showed for the haircut without saying anything to me until the end, which btw wasn't even similar to that pic either! I've been to a few salons in my day but this is the WORST. I genuinely could've done the same job at home by myself. Probably even better. It literally looks like a teenager experimenting with bleach for the first time took a go at my hair. This place is cheap for a reason, AVOID!

There were two women working and they were super efficient. I was in and out by 2:18 pm, and there were still people waiting when I left. Quick and quality? Love that. I hadn't gotten my brows done in about 2 months, so I really needed a clean-up--and they did exactly that. I didn't take a before pic (regret that ), but trust me, they brought my brows back to life. I went yesterday to get a full face threading plus eyebrows done. There were a couple ladies there,…read moreso there was no wait time, which I appreciated. I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. Needless to say, I'm disappointed because I chose this place based on all the great reviews I had seen.
