I saw Lauren and first noted that the stations allowed some privacy which was important to me. She was really easy to talk to and asked good questions about my hair and what I wanted. The shampoo bowl was very comfortable and easy for me even with my fused neck. She gave me a good haircut and also styled it which was included in the cost. She's someone I'd recommend and actually already gave my daughter her contact so she can schedule with her.

But, I'm warning you now. Do not let Kaitlyn anywhere near your hair. They are the most inconsistent people I have ever been to and lack communication. Messaged prior to booking on how to book a session to go full blonde and showed her the desired color. I was told to book it as a full highlight, so I did. I was also told it might take multiple sessions, which is fine, I'm aware of that. However, when I got it done I couldn't even tell how it went before I left because the lady said she can't dry hair right now due to an accident she had which I didn't know until arriving there. So I went home and the color was a BRASSY ORANGE and the my roots were left completely undone. No amount of purple or blue shampoo can fix this. The bleach is also entirely uneven and it literally looks like I've had months of regrowth when I just barely got it done. Mind you I've had my hair bleached professionally in the past and know how well my hair lifts. This was nowhere close. She said she toned it, there is no way she did. The color was nowhere near what I asked for and she tried to do the color of the inspo pic I showed for the haircut without saying anything to me until the end, which btw wasn't even similar to that pic either! I've been to a few salons in my day but this is the WORST. I genuinely could've done the same job at home by myself. Probably even better. It literally looks like a teenager experimenting with bleach for the first time took a go at my hair. This place is cheap for a reason, AVOID!

This shop is so BEAUTIFUL and the women here are ALL so talented. It's a one stop pamper and spa day! I have been working with many of the women at the salon for years. Sherrill is one of the kindest and loving women you will ever meet. She is the shop owner/Momma and really puts her heart in all she does. She has been doing hair for many years and does an amazing job. I am probably Erin's biggest fan she does all of our hair and I trust her with everyone which is hard to find in one place. I have a special needs son and Erin is SO kind and patient and really makes for a good experience for something that didn't used to be that way. Alex does it all and came from the Paul Mitchell academy; her hair and make up skills are on point! & Sarah gives such a relaxing experience and really makes your skin glow! 5 Stars are definitely not enough when talking about Creative Hair & Sherrill Graff! I had the extreme luck and pleasure of having Sherrill do my hair for the first time over 2 yrs ago. She took the time to explain ever step and to offer suggestions - something I had never experienced - it was the best color and highlight I had ever received...and I've had a LOT. Thank you, Sherrill, for always getting my crazy colors exactly how I want it :) Her salon is beautiful, unpretentious and welcoming. I was referred to Creative Hair and Nails by a friend. I'm so glad I decided to go. The first time I saw Sherill, I needed a haircut. I was a little nervous because, I wanted to have the dead cut off but at the same time keep my length. Every time I tell a new stylist that, they still end up cutting way to much off and I leave unhappy. Sherri did exactly what I asked. She only cut the dead off. So I decided to have highlights put in and decided that Sherri's would be the one to do it!! Agin I showed up nervous but left so happy!!! Sherrill did a wonderful job on my hair, color and cut just like I like it (I even showed her pictures). The entire staff was very friendly! As I came in, she was sanitizing her station, it was very clean (and can I say cool, I was happy to get out of the heat). Erin also gave me my first ever facial. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I can say it was probably the most relaxing thing I have ever done and my skin feels so hydrated and smooth. I almost fell asleep! Whatever she used on my lips tasted wonderful! I would recommend this salon to any one looking for a new stylist or pampering services! She has mastered the many desired vintage style haircuts I have requested and always goes above and beyond for the atmosphere to be a joy and relaxing. I have had Sherrill trim my hair before but this time I wanted to donate my hair and cut a new style. I booked my appointment and I had an amazing experience. I had a few pictures of what I wanted and she cared for every single step in the process from cutting for donation to cutting and styling for my finished hairdo. She is a caring and kind person too! Sherrill is a fantastic hair stylist and an all-around good person. I started going to her about 14 months ago as my current stylist let me down with color and couldn't fit me in for another 2 weeks. Donated my hair to wigs for kids with the help of the wonderful Ms. Sherril Graff! The cut was free of charge but the artistry was outstanding. She made sure to perfect my hair cut and always made sure I was happy along the way. She was flexible with my needs and took very good care of my hair. I was nervous to chop my hair off because of how I'm gonna look with short hair but Sherril did a phenomenal job making sure the outcome is everything I wanted and more. Sherrill Graff and the other ladies at the salon are wonderful, kind, honest, compassionate, talented people. You may notice some bad reviews with one star. Some people including an attorney are bullying the salon owner and her family and friends over an incident that happened to a family friend 10 years ago. The allegations are not true. The police have reviewed the incident and found that it contains nothing that is prosecutable. There is no evidence that the incident ever occurred. This place is not just a salon, it's where you go to relax, unwind and reconnect.... not just with friends but with yourself. I love going there. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and capable. I've had my hair washed and blow dried (and I have really nappy thick hair ) and all the times I went Alex was so patient and gentle on my head. And Chrissy does great nails. Samantha was amazing. She did exactly what I asked for with color. We came back today for my daughters hair. Shop is clean and Samantha likes you talk and keep conversation. Fortunately for me I stumbled across Sherrill when I wandered into a random beauty salon while wandering through Boulder City. She was the only one who spoke to me when I walked in and smiled so warmly...she became my one and only hair stylist for as long as I lived in Henderson. I went there to donate my hair for Wigs for Kids. I wanted to try a new hairstyle and she was very kind and knew what she was doing. Also she asked me how I wanted and would stop to make sure I liked how the hairstyle was coming out before she continued. It was the best place I have ever gotten a haircut. I've been going here for a few months now and I have to say, I'm a client for as long as we're in Vegas. Sherrill is definitely gifted at what she does. It started as a simple root touch up then I got hair extensions. She's gentle, yet quick so you're not wasting HOURS of your life in the chair. And you won't pay the high dollar Vegas pricing. The cut was so uneven that when I went to another salon to get it fixed, the stylist was shocked. Her supervisor even had to step in to correct it and mentioned she had never seen anything so bad before. Thankfully, they were able to fix it, but it was quite a crazy situation. My new stylist was also surprised and asked, "What happened?" It looked like someone had randomly hacked at my hair.

When we called she said the Rash was already there A lie!! If there was a rash, she should've taken him, I am a licensed Barber in 2 states for over 30 yrs, if a client comes in with a rash it would be very very unsanitary to commence to cutting his head, and another thing, the client couldn't even take a haircut over the irritated skin, she began ranting over her reputation , she should have been apologetic and advised him on a cream and told him if it didn't clear up to go to a doctor. all without admitting guild or taking responsibility for a charge. I get it but dang! CLEAN YOUR CLIPPERS AFTER EACH CLIENT !!!!
