The other one never called me back. I appreciated the consistent communication from GroutPro and they also did a great job! We had a small shower with mold on the caulking and it really needed to be removed and re-caulked. Kirk was thorough in explaining what he would be doing and why he used the materials he did. He was also helpful in explaining how we can help avoid having so much mold in the first place. He spent several hours making sure the job was just right. Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

He came to my house to clean the grout and left it damaged and dirty. He used so much excess water it soaked into my baseboards and now they're swelling, my transitions don't sit flush with my floor, the paint on my baseboards is peeling off and he left a HUGE mess throughout my house that I had to mop after her left. I also just purchased a new washer and dryer and had them delivered the day before. His disregard for my property showed on that too with huge scuffs all over the bottom portion. During my walkthrough with him when he was finished. I blatantly told him "it looks like you didn't even clean these bathrooms." His response was, "the pay me less. I don't have time for this." Such a strange response. He kept telling me I could only pay in cash. I started my tile and grout cleaning on my own then learned I needed professional help for the mess. The. Tiles I did on my own with a tiny handheld steamer were cleaner than what he did in my house. I'm so regretful for hiring him.
