I just had all the carpets in my home cleaned by Peter and they are fantastic. He uses a two-step process which I have never seen before and it's so much more thorough than what I've experienced in the past. He first agitated the soap into the carpet with the machine and then usea steamer to complete my carpets are older and had a brownish cast and now they are bright and clean and clear. He also has an optional protectant which I had applied. He was here about four times as long as I've experienced from other cleaners.
