THey then about a year later started to charge us on a three month bases without us knowing they did that. We found out later that we had at least 2-3 charges with out any service. We called and talked to employees and they did not fix it. They had someone named Maria who harassed us on the phone, called us names like thief's, liars, etc etc. She said we had to pay them every three months whether we have a service with them or not, even though we did not have that service with them. Then Their supervisor increased the charge on the service on us last min when we were due to do a new one, leaving us in a venerable place trying find someone new. Now they are harassing us by mail and threating us to take us to collections on some services we didn't even get. And they still owe us charges that was done behind out back. (we are the dum ones for not keeping in eye on our credit cards, we could have canceled those transactions) These guys didn't even send us receipts for the charges they did every three months. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, they are a headache and will rip you off. There are other companies all over who do the same job for less money and will not get you to do services and then charge you behind your back, fake contract you, harass you, and just suck the living out of you to get your hood clean.

They also do remodeling, so I will definitely use them again for remodeling or restoration.
