Every single time I've come here they're never friendly. They probably get overwhelmed by the…read moreamount of business they're getting because their space is so small. Even when I've come to drop off mail in the morning, they already look annoyed. That's why I avoid coming here and would prefer going to Mail N More down the street, the workers' attitudes there are always positive and they're appreciative if you help them in any way unlike the UPS store where you feel like they're doing you a favor. This review has been a long time coming. The final straw was my latest interaction with them this week.

They have packaging material and a copy machine as well as a computer to use. They do passport photos...faxing...and have cute cards in the store. They have mail boxes inside that you can rent which is great! Becca waited on me and she was very friendly and professional! I really liked that there was no line and got in and out quickly!
