I followed instructions noted on YouTube but nothing was working. Today I received a call from IQ Fiber checking to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I explained what I was experiencing, regarding the printing, and William performed some actions remotely and suddenly the printer started working. William and the install technician (Ricardo) were great to work with. They are very experienced and were very patient with addressing all of my concerns. I am very satisfied with the service and the individuals I have communicated with thus far.

I have the 100 mbps and their service is amazing. I have been using it for 4 months without a hiccup. Today a contractor cut a fiber cable and knocked the service out county wide. It took about 5 hours to be back on line. Resolution was very quick considering the issue. I have been in the same situation in another state and it took that provider 10 days to get us back on line. Kudos to the Darien Tel employees and management that got us all back up and running on 6/19/24.

Erin quickly showed me that he knew what he was doing. He said even a maintenance crew would arrive outside and the pole within 24 hours . I had not been able to have TV at all in my bedroom and he had that working in 30 seconds. He replaced our modem that had 2014 stamped on the bottom with a new one. What a surprise that was! I just wanted whoever read this to know that Aaron Judson did an incredible job.
