I had an appointment at the Manchester store to change carriers. The salesperson Brad was great. He was the only person at the store at that time to help customers. I had an appointment and he managed to get me all I needed as well as handle the other customers until help arrived. When he stood up, his name tag had training on it. I was so impressed because he really knew what he was doing and had multiple customers going. Very impressive! Nearly two weeks later, I realized my voice mail was not working. I called the 800 number and the system sent me to Ben, who is a tech person. He was fabulous and kind-hearted. Pleasant speaking voice and knowledgeable at getting me to the right place. He went through a few things with me and we got disconnected. Within minutes he called me back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BEN! So helpful and nice. Such a big difference from my former carrier. Ben then sent me on to a person who could actually tell me what to do so I held on for a minute and Gabriel came on the line to walk me through what to do to set up voicemail. He was very diligent and very nice. I'm so used to customer service being rude, I was so impressed with Xfinity associates who are customer-centric. I had a great experience today and my phone is working well. I have had great service from Xfinity from the installation of my internet, tv, phone and now mobile service. Thank you! read more

Over a two month period I was on the phone with Xfinity Customer Service over 15 times. they allowed my account to be hacked and incur a seven hundred dollar bill. They were told my phone was stolen and sent me a bill for the payoff amount, then started the process to send a replacement.....to somewhere other than the address listed on my account. I stopped the process of the new phone but they couldn't figure out how to revert me BACK to the monthly payoff. More than once they claimed it was rectified only to find out they lied. They have ZERO clue what they are doing. Even the Xfinity branded store people are clueless. All they know is how to sell more . Even worse, I couldn't understand many of them. Don't use them !! In regard to Comcast and xfinity, and not necessarily this location as I've never had to work with them, I have never experienced such intentionally awful service over so many years. The only good thing is that I know I'll never need to deal with them ever again. No matter what price they offer I'll never use them again. I'm on fidium now and it's just fine. read more

If this company did not have a "natural monopoly" in my location (ie: they've continuously lobbied to destroy any semblance of competition they run into because then they would actually have to put effort into their product) I would give this company 0 stars if I could. The internet access is patchy at best, and they've increased my price almost 2 fold without notification. Their "customer service" on a good day can instruct you how to restart your modem at best. After spending two days on phone with Comcast and three different agents I am still at square one. They charged wrong credit card, then when I called back they happily charged me 65.00 for a PPV that I did not request. They told me that they can no longer help me even though COMCAST made the error they are not responsible for correction! I have been with this company since early 90's - so I guess COMCAST does not give a crap about their loyal, PAYING, customers. As soon as we can will bail ship. Just went to do something simple like pay my bill. And it was such a production, and once inside it was like having Joe Biden at a daycare center while using the express machine , felt like I was getting drug tested the was the Xfinity guy was hovering over me. totally creeped me out and the employees were rude and really bullish. I have Comcast/Infinity Triple Play Package (Internet/TV/Landline). I have been trying to watch TCM (Turner Classic Movies) for the last 2 days but a message would appear "Subscribe to watch this channel). I have been watching TCM for the last 15 months with no problem. I contacted customer service, (of course he's in the Philippines) and he told me they moved TCM into a sports package and I would have to pay an additional $9.95 a month. I said, "WHOA! I didn't know TCM has baseball & football games!" I told him I signed a contract, they are breaking the contract and they can't take away my channels. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated in the contract (fine print) they can make changes to their packages at their discretion. I said, "Well, isn't that special!" Of course if I want to cancel my contract, they would charge me a termination fee. My contract is up June 2020 and you better believe I will be looking at all my options and Comcast/Infinity is not one of them! read more

Went here in Manchester, NH today after being on the phone yesterday all day trying to find out what was wrong, only to find out its the major Infinity Box. Stood in line, Four (4) service people to help. Line went fast. People were polite and smiling. The Techs were excellent in helping.
