Although the wait time during busy hours can be very VERY Long. But this is to be expected and you can't blame them for this since everyone wants to do their banking at the time same. TIP: try to bank off hours. Also, I wanted to take photos of the bank from the inside. But when asked, they did NOT give me permission. However, they said I could take photos from the outside. The ATM Machines are easily accessible, but that makes me a little unsafe from using them at night. None the less, I enjoy banking here!

Her name is Trang Nguyen has been working for B of A for four or five years. During these past three years she has violated customer privacy and security protocols. Specifically, she has been persistently asking customers for their personal phone numbers, inviting them into their homes, and discussing sensitive financial information with family members and acquaintances outside of formal bank procedures. These actions not only jeopardize the privacy of the clients but also pose a significant risk to the bank's reputation and compliance with regulatory standards. The past three years she has been leaking customer informations: bank account status, balances, attempting loan process and how much, where the customer business is located, where the customer home is, bypassing identifying customer withdrawing cash out many times. This report aims to outline these concerns and recommend serious measures. This action is highly unprofessional and breaches standard banking protocols. Such invitations can blur the lines between personal and professional relationships, leading customers to question the integrity of the banker. This behavior can also put customers in vulnerable positions, as it alters the dynamics of the trust and safety that should define the banker-client relationship. She should be fired or face legal consequences or leaking customer data. This is a repeated behavior let alone a first-timer. How do I know? I was one of them. I have witnessed a few people I saw at the branch into her home. I have email HR and told them this incident but nothing was resolved.

Every time I come to this location, there are long lines with only two tellers working. Meanwhile, there are usually three other employees sitting at desks directly across from the tellers. They aren't assisting customers or doing anything that I can see to help reduce the long line. During my most recent visit, the manager was one of the employees sitting at a desk with another employee, and they were simply talking while customers continued to wait. I know she is a manager because she regularly has to come over to approve transactions. I always forget to get her name, but she wears glasses, and I'm assuming she is the manager who is there most of the time. In my experience, she is very loud and unprofessional. Gloria, one of the tellers, is the exception. She is always very nice, patient, and provides great customer service. She genuinely tries to work with a sense of urgency, but because of the types of transactions I need, she often has to wait for someone to approve the amount. Unfortunately, the people responsible for providing those approvals don't seem to have the same sense of urgency, leaving customers standing in line waiting. I've been a long-term Wells Fargo customer, and it is extremely disappointing to repeatedly experience such long wait times and what feels like a complete lack of urgency and leadership at this location. There was also an incident during my most recent visit that really stood out. Several of us had already been waiting in line for at least 10 minutes when a man came in who I assume was a regular customer. The manager allowed him to cut in front of everyone who had been waiting and cash his check before the rest of us were helped. That was extremely frustrating and felt very disrespectful to the customers who had been patiently waiting. What I don't understand is why, when there are long lines of customers waiting, the other employees aren't stepping in to help. If you have three employees sitting at desks while customers are waiting in a long teller line, why aren't they helping?Having the manager sitting there talking with another employee while customers wait makes the situation even more frustrating. Gloria is honestly the main reason I continue to come to this location. She is professional, patient, and does her best to help customers despite what appears to be poor leadership and staffing decisions around her. I've been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for years, but this location needs to seriously address its staffing, management, and customer service. The leadership at this branch needs to do better. Honestly, based on my repeated experiences at this location, I feel like this branch should be closed down. The level of customer service and management is unacceptable.

I made an appt with her right away after speaking with her about my needs. There was some issue with the WF system when we arrived at our scheduled appt and she was working with another client still. Once we met with her, she was very apologetic and caring about out time and schedule but we didn't mind as we understood. She did everything we needed. I would definitely go back to her when I need personal services. For teller services, this bank is super busy with long lines. They have two ATM machines outside and two inside but the people would rather stay in line. [6R,2026]

Lately they have had someone in the lobby to ask you what you have come in for and point you in the right direction. At times if you are there for a simple deposit or whatever they will expedite your visit. They have two out door ATMS & two indoor ATMs. The indoor ATMs will give you money in different increments that you can choose, rather than just 20 dollar bills without waiting in line for same. All of the tellers have been friendly and efficient. They have also had a security person on the property at all times who have been friendly and at times open the door for you. It's a good bank & location. I'm not sure what the of '1 star' reviews are all about. Maybe Yelp should have a place where the '1-star reviewers' can share the name location of a better place instead of just dumping on a business and screwing up a rating. Maybe somehow confirm the reviewer actually has done business with an entity.

They won't call to verify, they won't take any extra steps at all to complete a transaction their client has authorized to make. The manager at this bank is hilarious too. The reasoning behind not cashing it isn't even part of their policy, and on top? She's not even supposed to tell me why there was a discrepancy. If she worked for me, I'd off her today, and in my business, I rarely fire anyone. When someone is standing in front of me asking the bank to do their job, and they blatantly don't? It's time for you to find another job. I get it though, this is probably the one place they have a little control and a space to say no. Maybe if I came in something other then my work truck and dressed up wearing my Rolex and didn't look like a contractor the story would be different. People come in to cash checks at clients banks to ensure checks don't bounce. It saves everyone time and money. Cant wait for this place to go under. Even funnier? They cashed the check of the better looking contractor who doesn't look as dirty as me. Can't make this ish up. Same name on the check that didn't work for me, worked for him.
