The cashier said "that's not possible, I did the exchange myself just a few mins ago?" The manager then proceeds to say it takes 5 mins for funds to load. I point out on the receipt that it was 18 mins ago (lots of waiting in line) and now it "takes 30 mins for gift cards to load". I couldn't stand around another 12 mins hoping it would load as I had already left my family waiting in the car for an eternity. So now I have to go back and do this whole thing again just bc their system is flawed. It's a ridiculous waste of time

We picked out a pre lit Christmas tree, two containers of shatter proof ornaments, and a star for our tree. When going through the checkout there were several people working. We waited for the next available cashier. It was a really short wait probably less than five minutes. The cashier was friendly. We paid and we're on our way. We set up our Christmas tree after our Thanksgiving Dinner. My husband removed the tree from the box piece by piece. He spread out the tree limbs so that it would look more full. Once all of the ornaments and the star were put on the tree it looked really good. I recommend going there to check out the holiday decorations as there is a wide variety of items to choose from.

I got a leather love seat and leather chair with an ottoman. After I got it home, it had cheaply made legs with some not screwed in correctly. That's on me for not inspecting them more. ONE STAR FOR THE DELIVERY COMPANY THAT THEY USED. I scheduled a delivery, then they changed it twice to accommodate their schedule. When they did come, they came 30 minutes early and I couldn't make it home in time. My son had to pay them. The store is less than 10 minutes from my house. They charged $100/hour. When they delivered, the men insisted on $300. I called the owner for a receipt. She wouldn't call me back. They saw a chance to be dishonest and they took it. And, the legs had scrapes and damage that I'm sure wasn't there before.

But what I really wanted was their night time one. Sadly, they did not. And I checked to see if there was a place for them on their shelves. And I didn't see a place for them. Also on the Target website they show they are $13.99 but the store shows them $19.99 on sale for $18.99. So there's a whole mess up with these. They don't have the different ones, even though it shows they do. And the price is different. I'd much rather buy them from Target to try them out. Rather than the Alice website, as they want you to be a subscriber or you have to buy a 2 pack. If it doesn't work for me, why would I buy 2 at $59.00 plus shipping cost? Other than that. She was very patient as she walked us through the different options for the design, materials, finish, etc. for our wall bed. We were even able to use our existing mattress (I think it had to be under 11" tall). I'm quite petite, but the bed is weighted properly so that I can easily and smoothly pull it down or lift it up by myself. Pro tip: take measurements of every inch of your room (including where the window sills are, how far the window sills stick out from the wall, etc) and bring those measurements to Karen. She can mock up the room in her design software which really helps visualize how far the wall bed will protrude into the room and where you want to place it. Don't forget to measure how far the doors open into the room and where the edge of your ceiling fan comes to! The different finishes, materials, and designs make a BIG difference in the price so if you're looking to be more cost-conscious, let Karen know and she can show you which materials are the less expensive options vs. the more expensive. We put in a deposit of half of the full cost of the bed, the other half was due upon delivery. You put in the order with Karen and it takes them a few weeks to get the ordered materials in. Karen's staff then schedule a time to came to install the bed - it took a couple hours and I was glad I was there to finalize placement on the wall. They even cut small chunks out of our baseboards so that the bed would sit flush to the wall. Ask to keep the chunks that were removed so you can try to patch them back up if you ever move. You can also call More Space Place if you move in Austin and for a pretty reasonable fee they will come uninstall the bed and re-install it in your new home so that your movers don't break it! We've gained back the use of that room as an office and exercise room instead of being mostly taken up by a large bed! The process was easy and painless, delivery and installation went smoothly, and I didn't even have to pick up any tools.....soooooo worth the money! Thank you again Karen!
