Mrs Collins took our info and within a few days Mr Collins came out to survey the job. We had a very reasonable estimate in a few days. They were able to squeeze us in, as we were a relatively small job. The man they sent out was awesome. He worked nonstop for the entire day. Make sure to resolve any questions or concerns BEFORE paying the bill. If your husband calls him to discuss the price afterward, make sure to be on the call to dispell some of the mis-truths. When I attempted to address some questions/concerns, he admitted that he should have talked to me before making the executive decision and presented a possible fix but then didn't call me back as he said he would. I can accept that some of the issues happened because I didn't ask enough questions. He initially agreed that he should have asked first but later went back and wasn't willing to accept his piece when he spoke with my husband. Just not a good experience at all!
