Service requested, this place used to be very good but lately is getting really bad. For three time I asked the owner Mom and son to please get a color that I always use so I don't need to buy it myself.. over $45 dollar every time only for regular pedicure. I even provided the specific color (I had to get it on Amazon) The owner after three visits reply to me that they have 200+ colors. I understand but I only use one. I think it's very stupid to loose a customer over not wanting to get a specific nail polish color. This review is strictly about the worker Nathaly. The owners of the establishment are nice and very accommodating! But Nathaly is horrible. Horrible customer service. She literally cuts peoples skin and just brushes it off as if it doesn't hurt. This is my 3rd time going back to her because the lack of experience she has on how to properly apply aplex which I do all the time with other people and never have this issue. She's always cutting me and today got upset because She was filing my nails roughly and cut me. Not with the drill or anything literally with a file. She blamed it on me talking on the phone and I respectfully got off since that was the issue but she gave so much attitude talking crazy like she was ready to fight. How embarrassing to go back n forth in someone's elseestablishment and not being able to control yourself. She reminds me of an animal with no proper home training. I kept my cool cause all I can do is laugh at her for the way she was acting bc it was so unnecessary. I didn't even get to do what I wanted with my nails bc I just wanted her to finish already. Did a walk in for a simple hair cut, wash and blow dry. I ask how much for a hair cut $20.00 and then I said how much for everything $55.00 for everything. When I went to pay they charge me 79.00 which is ridiculous for just a hair cut wash and blow dry. I will never go there again since they provide unacceptable charges. The reason why I ran into this place, is because I work out at Planet Fitness next door. A friend and I worked out on a Saturday and decided to go do our nails. They were pretty accommodating, considering we had an appointment. I got my nails done with Yudith and she is great. I have been back about five times since then about every 2 weeks, since my first time, always with Yudith. I really recommend her, she is nice and professional and is efficient. The only thing I didn't like, is that before I was about to leave, I was speaking with my nail tech, that my appointment for my hair was finally coming up on Wednesday and I took the whole day off of work because it usually takes about five hours (ridiculous, I know). After I left, a male, whom I assumed was the owner called me to tell me about me getting my hair done there? Wait, what? Why are you calling me, after I go there regularly, I know you do hair, in the one chair you have in the front. If I wanted to get my hair done there, I would have asked specifically about it. That is a nail salon, my hair is WAY too complex to think they can dye my pitch black hair. A blow dry? sure. I guess my point it, I didn't give you my cell phone to call me about hair. So 5 stars fir Yudith, I would give less stars for the owners. I have seen them complain about the wastefulness of their employees, which I think it tacky in front of customers. read more

These people are great. I've been to Erika a few times and she has done a wonderful, neat job on my gel and pedicure. The prices are fair, parking is plenty, and you can book your services yourself. Although if you'd rather call, the girls working the front desk are more than happy and pleasantly book you. Also, this isn't a crazy, noisy salon like many nail salons in South Florida; you really will leave here feeling great. I have only been taken care by Erika but the other techs seem to be great also. Great place. I did have to wait for the pedicure but they were clear and honest about it from the very start. Lots of folks leave comments about the wait time and I believe if you are coming in and doing a walk-in you'll likely have to wait some times. Do you have 4 hours of your life to waste? Then this is the nail salon for you. Not only did the lady take 4 hours to do a full set and a pedicure, she also somehow confused gel and regular polish and tried acting surprised when she tried to wipe of the polish and it was coming right off. Never have I ever gotten such horrible service. She left the sides extremely dirty and with nail polish residue and left acrylic residue under my nails. Martha was recommended and boy do I love a good facial. She was gentle on most parts but really got her hands in there when needed. It was worth it. She puts an array of lotions and potions on your face that literally makes you feel like a million bucks. She also goes over with the zapper as I like to call it and some cold ballsy type instrument that worked wonders actually. Amazing experience! Being new to the area, I decided to give Comfort Beauty Spa a try. The nail techs, Libny and Demary that took care of my nails and my daughters nails did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I was insulted by a nail tech who was upset because I did not leave my purse unattended and kept it on me. While getting my hands done, she sat in the chair right next to my nail tech making rude comments towards me. In other salons I was always told by the business owners that they were not responsible for anything lost and to keep an eye on my belongings so it has become a habit to keep my purse with me. The nail tech was humiliating me while working on another customer and even yelled out very angrily from the back of the store to her coworkers that I went to wash my hands with my purse on. I spoke with the owner (who is lovely) about the situation and how I felt about it and she promised it would not happen again. I will gladly update this review once I confirm when I return that this very hostile employee does not behave the way she did today. 6/19/19 UPDATE I called to make an appointment and the owner remembered me and she told me that she has never had an issue with the hostile employee and that the employee doesn't remember ever saying anything and does not remember me at all (even though she harassed me during the whole hour I was there until she left for the day). Apparently, its my fault. I had never seen, met or knew of the existence of the hostile nail tech. Regardless, I feel that I should take my money elsewhere. I had mentioned to the owner of all the different services I wanted to try at her salon but I guess since her nail tech conveniently "doesn't remember" her own crazy behavior, so I (the paying customer) was wrong. As for my purse, I can do whatever I want with my belongings. I can keep my crossbody bag on my body if I want. read more

They have great staff but the owner is very unfriendly and unwilling to help a regular customer. After telling her to at least lower my cost from $30 to $25 for the simple fact that I had to wait an entire hour because they were backed up she refused and never apologized about the hour wait. She actually just said that's the price and I'm not going to lower anything. I've brought 4 regular customers and I am very upset that she wasn't understanding whatsoever. I was so happy with this place and their customer service. I was a faithful and loyal customer for almost a year. Just last week that changed... when I had an appointment for a pedicure and when I arrived my nail tech was "behind" so she couldn't do my pedi. First of all behind time means 15-30 min not that you WONT be able to do my pedi. Also, the excuse given to me was tech was behind, later owner said nail tech had to pick up her kid and didn't have time. The next day I called to cancel an appointment I made with another tech the owner told me on the phone that the day before the tech had agreed to do a gel pedi on the customer and she didn't have an appointment for that service. Soooo how many stories are you going to tell me?? So what I figured was the nail tech did that on purpose so she didn't have to do my pedicure. What other reason can it be? If you know you only have so much time before your next appointment why would you agree on doing a longer service to someone who didn't have a that service scheduled? Answer is... on purpose! The tech looked right at me when I was being told she couldn't do my pedicure and she didn't even come and apologize or even say anything, what does that tell you??? There are so many nail salons that truly worship their customers. To put the icing on the cake the owner starting talking to me about a review that someone wrote as if accusing me that I wrote it, I still don't even know what she was talking about so whatever.. So I found a nail salon also in the area that do my nails super good, both mani and pedi. I am a very nice person, but don't take kindness for weakness. Service was so awesome when I first starting coming here and it's gone down hill. They lost a customer because I will never return. I was born and raised in this area and I know a lot of people and make sure I never recommend this place to anyone. My mom and I love going to get our nails done here. I always get my nails done by Sonia and my mom by Alba. They are the absolute best! They take their time to make sure the nails come out just the way you like it. I've also had a facial done by Martha, I wouldn't trust anyone else. Even after moving to Virginia, I compare any place I consider going to, to this spa. It's always my first stop when I fly out to visit my parents in Florida. I used to love this place and i would go all the time. Everyone there is really good, never had a problem. Except with the owner and her daughter. They are incredible. The first encounter i had was with her daughter when it was my second time their i asked her why i paid $45 because i was sure i paid $35 last time i visited and i had the same thing done. I could have been mistaken, it was only my second time there. But it was no big deal i paid whatever i owed. She then came up to me and the nail lady in the middle of my service to ask my nail lady why she charged me less last time?...I understand if your a business owner and you need to find out what happened and why..but to do it in front of my face as if accusing either me or her of lying when it could have just been a misunderstanding?..Really it is just insulting...I let it go because i love my lady Ana she truly is the best. And i did not want to stop going to her. But yesterday i went again, and when it came time for me to pay once again..the owner this time, was mistaken. I handed her the same $45 for what i owed because i always get the same thing done. And then i handed her an extra $20 and asked if she could give me change..and as she was putting the $20 away in the drawer she grabbed a $10 from the drawer and asked me how do i want it? And i told her a $10 and two $5s. She then said she doesn't have any 5s and went with ONLY the $10 in her hand to ask the nail lady for change. She came back and gave me just two $5s. When i had asked for change of a $20..i told her what i gave her and she didn't believe me. She was so sure i gave her a $10 but i know how much i gave because I specifically went to the bank right before and pulled out $60cash plus $5 i already had in my wallet. But once again I'm accused of lying..i didn't want to stand there and argue with her after I explained it to her once..so i tipped my nail lady and left. The owner robbed me of my $10 and insulted me. You can be sure that was my last time ever going back there. From the very first day the owner and her daughter never gave me a comforting feeling. I give this place one star because most staff, in general are nice. The owner Colombian lady lacks manners & customer service and unfortunately she is always there. There is not much variety of colors. The work done is ok not great. & for what they offer they are over priced. You can definitely get a better job & experience elsewhere for same price. read more
