Let me start off by saying the front desk service is absolutely horrible! Both girls who are "front desk" don't know what they're doing. Appointments are being cancelled without calling, appointments are being booked incorrectly, and they don't even make sure the nail polishes are good for use. I remember that around a year ago this nail salon used to be top-notch! Now it's a disaster. It looks like the owner, Olguita, is no longer in charge because this salon is going downhill! I'm extremely upset at how badly I've been treated for the past 6 months. Due to my own privacy, I will not be saying who does my nails at TNG, but let me tell you that they're all the same. If you don't care about how your nails look or you're treated, then go ahead and book your appointment. They only talk about their infidelities, plastic surgeries, and drinking at bars. They give explicit details of their plastic surgeries, which I find extremely disturbing, and they even advise you to get your body done. Is this a nail salon or a plastic surgery clinic??? It's unacceptable and rude. Now let's get into the important details, The pedi is horrendous. The towels they have aren't warm; they're wet. It could have mold. The coffee mugs are being used by literally everyone; for hygiene, they should be disposable. By the way, it doesn't matter if you made your appointment for a certain time; the nail ladies are always late. This looks like a Chinese nail salon except it's boujee. The nail ladies don't even care about learning more about the structure of the nail or how to give a better service. They just know how to cut your cuticle, leave it bleeding, paint your nails and off you go! And the prices aren't cheap either so I would expect a good service, which isn't what I and others are receiving anymore. Lately, the nail polishes aren't being checked to see if they're expired, sticky, or wasted. Finally, I hope whoever reads this is able to reconsider making an appointment at this salon and chooses one who values your time, energy, and cares about how you feel in the environment. A salon is a place of comfort and calm, not a place to feel uncomfortable with conversations among nail ladies. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had in my entire life. I attached pictures of how my feet looked later that SAME DAY of my pedicure. Read explanation below. To begin with, I booked my appointment for 9am just to receive a text asking me to move it up to 8am instead. I accepted, and showed up at 8am. Once I sat at the chair my nail tech did not speak a single word to me from start to finish. In addition, she was completing the service while looking away most of the appointment time to address other people around us. She was having full blown conversations with everyone around her, not addressing me at all. All the conversations were of her complaining about personal matters, complaining about their uniform colors, talking about birthdays, etc. Also, every client had a coffee provided by the salon except me, since she did not bother to even say good morning to me or ask my name. Aside from all that, I paid extra for a spa pedicure and it was the biggest waste of money in the entire world. When using the little machine to buff out the skin of the heels and any callouses, she was looking away and talking the ENTIRE. TIME. She barely put it on my feet, and only put the exfoliating scrub on my legs that I PAID EXTRA FOR, for like 10 seconds with no real scrubbing of my feet/legs with her hands before rinsing it off. I did NOT receive the massage that was supposedly included with the essential oils, she did not put the foot mask while she painted the toes as stated in the description, but instead she put the mask on my legs as lotion at the end of the service, not even rubbing my legs; just putting it on as a thin layer and leaving my legs sticky with this thick mask that wasn't even massaged in. I came here in preparation for a wedding later that day and was left extremely dissatisfied. Not only will I never be returning here, I will be telling everyone I know in the area to never come to this location. This was a horrible experience and I don't wish for anyone to spend their Saturday morning this way. read more

However on two occasions I have been sold up on my services without being disclosed the pricing difference of what both ( different) mail techs offered me. One star and that's because I have no option of leaving zero. I wanted to give myself a more luxurious mani/pedi experience than my usual nail salon gives, but what a mistake that was. I made a reservation with Yara first thing in the am after reading there never on time at any location, which shows their lack of respect for one's time. This salon location itself is cramped but decorated white/modernish. You walk in and are greeted by a young facetiming receptionist, who clearly has better things to do with a subpar attitude. After guessing who my nail tech was, I was finally sat at her pedicure station. If you're looking for a massage while getting your feet done like most other places, don't get your hopes up. Instead you'll get a little workout trying to hold your seat close to the soaking tub while the tech works on your feet. Want to relax to music? Nope, not an option. Instead you'll be met by older women (owner included) talking about chusmeria not caring who's around listening. I was hoping to get a better experiencing when getting my nails done, but that's when I should've ran out. Never in my life has a nail tech cut my cuticles so badly than what I received here. Every single cuticle was burning for days. Oh, I also asked for a design and got charged $10 extra for a measly sticker. Now? Not even a week later my nails are getting caught in my hair from lifting. Whatever you do, give your hard earned money to another salon, who's probably cheaper and better equiped with actual nail techs who won't butcher your hands. read more

The most unprofessional and poorly run establishment I have ever visited. I booked 3 appointments at the same time for regular mani pedi at 3:30. They messaged me a day prior to try and move my appointments, I politely informed them I had an event and could not. The day of, the person messaging me told me it was in fact not an option, and we would be pushed back to 3:45-4. We reluctantly showed up at the new time and we're ushered to sit down. They only took one of us, whilst the other 2 in my party sat and waited. 3:45 turned into 4:15 and when they approached the front desk lady, she shrugged and said "It's out of my control." I want to specifically mention Yara and Nicole. Yara did not even show up while my party waited for her scheduled arrival, and Nicole actually took another, unscheduled, client before my party claiming that it would only be "5 minutes" and actually took 45. Yari did my nails today. I was rushed into picking a color after looking at the options for less than a minute (I checked the time). She was rough and in a hurry, she made me bleed three times. She also spoke badly about me in Spanish to the employee next to her. If you aren't part of their clique forget about it. Second attempt to go to this location... there will not be a third. Just as in my first attempt the second time we were told they were running behind. One of the nail techs (Yara) was not even there when we checked in for our appointments. The second nail tech, Nicole, announced she was ready for my daughter. When my daughter went to get her color another young girl walked in and sat in front of Nicole. Instead of saying she had an appointment there she proceeded to do a manicure. They clearly knew each other. Receptionist said there was nothing she could do. At this point we are 15 minutes past our appointment time. Btw I was still waiting for Yara to show. They have no respect for your time. They do not honor your appointment time. After waiting more then 20 minutes we left. There are far too many places within Miami Lakes that do just as good of a job if not better and cheaper. Beautiful spa filled with ugly, rude nail techs. If you don't know Spanish, they will talk shit about you the whole time and expect you to not understand what they're saying. The person who did my nails made comments about them calling them ugly and making faces/noises. All I remember of her was that she had volume lashes and super dark red hair. This place may look nice and luxuries but it's a joke. I booked my wife an $80 Gel Mani & TNG Luxe Pedi. My wife gets there for her 11am appointment she isn't seen for 30 minutes. Gets told the tech is still not done with the other client. Okay no problem they are busy. Then when her mani is done the tech whispers to the front desk if her feet also need to be made. Front desk let's her know yes that she paid a mani and pedi. When my wife is done she tells the front desk "I don't think I received the TNG Luxe do you know what it comes with?" The front desk replies with no the techs should know that. She ends up being charged $60 for a mani and Pedi. When I go back inside to complain about the pricing because it should be $45. I get told that the charge is because her feet got a special treatment. Nowhere on the packages on the website does it show a difference between what the treatment is. This place is horrible read more
