I love this place, but I have to give it 3 stars because they NEVER attend me on time. It doesn't matter what time I come, I always get attended late. I came in on Thursday for a dip manicure and regular pedicure. My appointment was for 5:15 and I got a text that my nail tech was running 15 min late because she was backed up. I go there at 5:30 and the front desk tells me that my nail tech will be done in 10 min. I was already a little annoyed. I didn't get seated till 6:30!!!!!! I work from 6am-4pm, I am exhausted by the end of the day. For them to have someone waiting an hour and 15 min after their scheduled appointment is very disrespectful. There policy states that after 10-15 min your services might not be guaranteed......well how about how long my nail tech takes. If they're only taking appointments and no walk-ins then I expect to be attended at the time I reserved. The service of this place is so great, the staff is nice and the owner is very sweet and front desk is very attentive.... but it's such a shame that they have no concept of time or care about how valuable someone's time is. . I've been coming here for years, and one of the girls who helped me was very kind and told me to schedule my November appointment because they're filling up quickly. I explained which day would be best for me because I have an important trip, and she said no problem, I could come at 8 am. I said perfect! The appointment was made the day before, I received my confirmation, and when I arrived the next day, after waiting 32 minutes for the girl, the front desk told me that she had made a mistake explaining how their appointment system works and that they couldn't see me that day. This is unacceptable; nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and it wasn't even something I requested. I wasted my time, ruined my day at 8 am because these things are incredibly annoying, and most likely I won't be 100% presentable for my business trip since I had an appointment scheduled almost 15 days in advance. They have a system where the appointment reminders tell you there's a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours, and I'm sure they won't see you if you're late. I support this, but they should consider something similar when they treat customers the same way or worse. I hope this story helps someone; personally, I would never come here again to waste my time, which is the most valuable thing. read more

I tried this nail salon because I needed an emergency quick regular manicure and I left very unhappy with my nails. Two issues with my time there. My nail tech assigned removed my gel polish off so roughly, it was painful. She was using the tool with a lot of pressure. Never experienced that before. When she finished painting my nails. I was terrified at the job done. The polish was bumpy and lumpy. I used to having a perfect smooth finished look. I accidentally touched one of them and she didn't even offer to fit it up, instead she said " you have to be careful" I would never come back to his salon. Every time I go to this particular nail garden my experience gets worse and worse. The nails techs are rude and they always take their sweet time. Not to mention I have to wait 15 minutes at the very least every time I get there for my nail tech to be ready. Whenever I call to make an appointment it is always changed around even after I've received confirmation. This particular time, I scheduled a dip manicure and regular pedicure. All was fine and dandy until the tech finished painting my nails and said "ok you're good to go" when all she did was a color change. Not only that, but she left paint all over my fingers and didn't clean any of it up (see photos). There was no communication to the nail tech that I wanted a manicure and when I told the receptionist she told me I had to say "wet dip" or "dry dip" when making my appointment as if this is some lingo I should've already known about. I proceeded to tell her that this should've been communicated and she says "alright well your total is $67". This isn't my first time scheduling a dip manicure and regular pedicure and I have never had a problem in other places. A piece of advise - hire front desk people with customer success experience and better communication skills. read more

This is probably the most aesthetic nail salon I've ever been to! It's very pretty inside and all the employees wear cute pink scrubs. I came here because I wanted to try Aprés nails, which are comparable to acrylics but without all the drilling on the nail. I'm definitely not disappointed! My nail tech Karen was so detailed and did everything I asked for. At any other nail salon when doing acrylics or dip, they don't care to take care of the area surrounding the nail, but Karen give me a proper manicure. Now, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a traditional pedicure. Although Karen was also very detailed on the toes and took her time, the salon doesn't have typical pedicure tubs. The water is lukewarm and you're really not allowed to put your feet in very much. Also, because it's supposed to be very aesthetic, they have arm chairs rather than massage chairs. I have gone to this place before and done regular gel manicures and pedicures and they have done a good job. However, yesterday I went to get apres gel x nails and the job done was HORRIBLE. They didn't do the shape I wanted because they said that they didn't have the number of nails. They then also said that the shape didn't stick well to my nail because it was too narrow on top. They then put on these sculpted coffin style nails that looked horrible. I had to go somewhere else after the fact and get them removed and do a gel manicure. I will never go here again for apres nails. My nails were botched! I don't understand how a nail salon that has three locations can be lacking products for their clients....makes no sense. read more

I was greeted and told to pick a color and they have such a beautiful range. They have OPI, Essie, KL Polish, and so many more! And not to mention it smells amazing inside. Long over due review! Let me start by saying the I LOVE this place! Their decor is so beautiful and eye catching. Every time I get my nails done here I am constantly staring at the decor which they are always updating and changing to match the season. The salon is big and spacious. They area to pick your nail color is beautiful and nicely organized making it quick and easy to pick a color. They have a super cute lounge area where you sit to wait to be called back by your nail tech. Prior to COVID, they would have snacks out and sometimes serve wine/mimosas. Making/rescheduling/canceling appointments is super easy and convenient because it could be done only which is perfect for me and my busy schedule. The nail techs here are ALL very good! I have never been displeased with my nails. They do have a high turn over rate which is unfortunate. Why 4 stars? My last visit was pretty awful. I show up on time to my appointment and sit down in the lounge area. 10 minutes pass by, 20 minutes pass by, 30 minutes pass by. Nothing. At this point I am starting to notice the front desk. The owner is there on the phone debating with Chase. There are also TWO other employees sitting there doing nothing. FORTY minutes pass by and not one of them have yet to approach me and give me an update. I finally decide to get up and ask how much longer and this is when they ask the nail tech for a status. Poor customer service from start to finish. Please update your clients if a nail tech is running behind. I know it happens, but it would be much appreciated if you can keep us up to date. Also, please be informed of your nail techs schedule. Meaning, NOTICE that she is running 40 minutes behind and start calling her upcoming clients! Did not see this being done. Some people have tight busy schedules. I was completely ignored. I am finally attended to by my nail tech who completely rushed through my dip mani and pedi. I had a scheduled appt at 5:15. I arrive at the parking lot around 5:10 and they sent me an alert at 5pm (same day as my appt) that my lady was 30 minutes behind and that my time got pushed to 5:45. No where in miami is a 15 minute alert notice enough time. I decide to wait and take the 5:45 time. I wait till almost 6 and ask if the lady who's taking my appt is ready and they say she needs an additional 30 minutes. What's the point of scheduling an appt if I have to wait an hour?! I then decide to leave and tell them I can't wait another 30 minutes. And reschedule for the following day. I then decide to cancel that too considering I may fall under the same situation. I call and call and no answer. I decide to email them to inform them of my cancellation. I still get charge the cancellation fee. I call the salon the following day and speak to the front desk girl and explain to them how hat happened and that I shouldn't get charged since I sent notice of my cancellation. I scheduled an appt based on a recommendation from a Co worker. Scheduling was done online. When I got there, the receptionist was nice however, I waited 45 minutes after my pedicure appointment time. When I finally sat down, the nail tech was nice but rushed thru the service because she was late and talked on her phone the whole time. When she finished the second person, Cristina, was still with another customer which delayed my service. Ordinarily, I wouldn't complain. When she finally sat me at her station, I had an hour and 15 minutes available left. I asked her if I could change service to dip nails since I need to pick-up my kids from school. She said they don't do that and proceed to take the receptionist to the back room to complain about me, I suppose. They come back to explain why she couldn't do a cheaper service and I told her I would add on designs to balance the cost. She said she didn't have time for that either. I know she was lying and was just pissed off about the lower cost. Needless to say, she angrily did my dip manicure in an aggressive manner. She was very rude to say the least. She was so aggressive, she clipped my cuticle too short as seen in the pic. I yanked my hand away. Her dip application is sloppy and all over my skin and had to clean it up with acetone after. I had read reviews about the noise level and I have to agree...these ladies are extremely loud and it is not a relaxing place. I will never go back there. I called in the early morning and they were able to accommodate me the same day. (Much appreciated) The salon itself is beautiful and extremely clean. They have a little set up in the waiting area with pastries, OJ, coffee, tea. Color selection is phenomenal. The nail polishes, gels, dip powders basically have their own room as they are displayed neatly on large shelves. Receptionist is extremely pleasant. They also have a nice selection of trendy jewelry on display and for sale. (Didn't inquire about pricing however so I am unsure) Overall a wonderful experience and I am SUPER happy with the way my dip manicure came out. Jeysert did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. The service was great as soon as I walked in the door. They took me in right away, I chose my color and we were ready to go. They even served me coffee which was much needed for me at the time lol! Price for gel mani and regular pedi is pretty standard, however it is important to note that they charge $3 for prior gel removal and tip is only cash! Not a big deal, just come prepared for that. The most unprofessional and poorly run establishment I have ever visited. I booked 3 appointments at the same time for regular mani pedi at 3:30. They messaged me a day prior to try and move my appointments, I politely informed them I had an event and could not. It appears the nail techs are taught to shave off your cuticles with a little drill (typically used for acrylics) and every time they use it, I end up bleeding from at least one of my fingers. What's worse is they pretend like nothing happened and continue to complete the service. It's not sanitary to be dipping the brush back into the polish after that. Besides that, I am satisfied with the shaping and paint job, the techs just need to learn how to groom cuticles without that drill! read more

I had been going to this salon for quite some time and I usually am always on time. Today however I ran 15 min late to my service and I had called to tell them so. I was informed the entire service wouldn't be able to get done if I arrived more than 15 min late. I arrived precisely at 15 minutes and was told that my service wouldn't be able to get done entirely, only a color change. Meanwhile when I came a month ago, a different tech was running OVER 30 minutes late and I had to sit in the waiting area. And all I was given was a sorry for delay. I have NEVER complained if a tech runs late but heaven forbid if I run just a little late and ONCE then I can't even get my full service done. It's a real shame, it's a nice place and nails are done well but they just lost a customer. read more

Giving a 2 because they fit me in day-of (I called ahead), the shop is "pretty", the free cafecito was a nice touch, and my nails looked good. BUT, it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. My cuticles were assaulted and a chunk of skin was cut in the case of my big toe. I was soaking it in peroxide and bandaging it for over a week. It was painful for 2 weeks. The tools did not seem to be sanitized after every use (especially concerning since they drew blood). My mail was cut in a way that causes in-grown toenails (sad to say, I'm not sure if this was intentional or not). There was also nothing spa-like about the pedicure. Not being able to add tip to the credit card charge is crazy in 2023 - I tip well, but don't carry cash and I left unsure if my tip made it to the person who did my nails. Language was tricky too, but I can get past that and understand I was in Miami Lakes, but being rude/cold/stabby with customers who don't speak Spanish would be horrible customer service (if that is what happened here).
