I've been going here for years and they have always been great! But that's not the reason I'm leaving a review. I recently went for a check up/cleaning and it went well as usual HOWEVER Dr Eby wanted me to come back in 2 weeks to check on a burn I had on the roof of my mouth. I had an incident with a perogie that morning. I went back in 2 weeks... I almost cancelled cause I thought it was silly to be concerned about a simple burn. But this was not a simple burn. She referred me to ENT pathology. I went still thinking it was likely nothing. It turns out I have pre cancerous cells pretty much all over the roof of my mouth. If Dr Eby hadn't seen this or if she had taken my word that it was just a burn, this wouldn't have been caught before it became a thing. I am so grateful for Dr Eby and the whole crew . read more

Been coming here for the past 4 years every six months for my regular cleaning and twice to get my wisdom teeth extracted 2 at a time! All staff are very professional, caring and driven to get people situated and cared for! All doctors are really Amazing and patient no matter how busy they can be in the office! I really wanna Thank Dr.Patel for pulling all 4 of my wisdom teeth out awake both times! He was very generous, gentle and helpful for someone who is scared of procedures he made me feel like it was a piece of cake! He even played music for me on his computer ! He's very fast and on it and also a doctor I trust and recommended to all my loved ones when they need dental work done! read more

They very seldom answer the phone when you call. Their recording instructs you to leave a messsge and your call will be returNed....its not. They don't acccomodate walk-in, emergencies even if you're already a client/patient. I was informed they didn't have emergency appointments until the following week. What? the following wee; by then it's not an emergency if you have to wait a week. read more

Evil people people work there I went to get a root canal and crown for one tooth they told me on other tooth has similar and when they show the X-ray it wasn't bad I told them just do this now and I will think about it, when they were working on the root and crown for the tooth I wanted they made three tinny holes on my other teeth and when I noticed I asked them for when I was getting the crown they said it was like that and sad thing is the tooth they said also needed root canal and crown they made big hole as soon as I went home I couldn't drink water I had to come back and get a root canal for a tooth that had no issues before, they are scammers who do this as a business to get you back and make money from destroying your teeth be careful they are evil people read more

Extremely good with kids, even without cartoon paint on the walls. They explained what they were doing to the child (x-rays etc) to ease their fear. The unknown was now known. The check in process online was thorough. A little awkward in the office as you have to walk past normal barriers to the "front line". They are very pleasant in person too. I forgot which doctor I had but I came in for a walk on an they was about to close my wisdom tooth was broken an really infected causing so much pain but even though they was about to close he still made sure he took care of me an that I wasn't in any pain!!! I have been faithfully coming to this location for over three years because of the quality of service they provide to their patients. However, my recent experience has been the worst so far. On January 4th, I came in for a root canal, and everything seemed to go well. I had a temporary crown put on. On January 30th, I returned to have the permanent crown placed, but it cracked. Okay, no biggie--things happen. They put my temporary crown (from my previous visit) back on and sent out another molding for my permanent crown to be remade. The temporary crown became loose, so on February 7th, I had to return to have it cemented back on. However, while doing so, the assistant put a huge hole in my temporary crown, exposing my real tooth and making it vulnerable to infection. She then completely lied and claimed the hole was caused by my bite--blaming me instead of taking ownership of her mistake. Instead of simply filling in the hole that same day, she left it as is. Prior to coming in, my temporary crown was just loose--there was no hole. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I noticed it. I have now had to return four times within a month, missing work and other important obligations. Very frustrating, to say the least. read more

Pretty sure Dr. Patel was trying to charge me for something that my insurance company will cover. I gave him a portion of the money, and then my mom got sick and passed away. Several years have passed b/c the office never returned any of my calls. I called the insurance company about what it would cover and it will basically cover what I paid a portion of already. Slowest, scummy, incompetent office ever. DONT waste your time. Literally took three hours in the waiting room over two appointments to just be able to drop off a broken set of dentures. The first day I waited an hour and a half(I was 10 minutes early). I Asked "how much longer?" And they told me an additional 45 minutes, so I canceled and rescheduled. The second appointment(a week later) I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Taking in mind that I was 10 minutes early, again. I watched as everyone that got there AFTER me went before me. When I was finally taken back It literally took all of three minutes(no exaggeration ). Then once my teeth came back From the lab the next day, they started never called me. I waited to call them Till almost close just to see if they would call me. And when they didn't, I called them just to find out they had already had my stuff and just didn't call me. And then when I showed up(ten minutes to close)they hadn't even billed my insurance and tried to get me to self-pay. When I refused and told them to bill my insurance and that I would sit there and wait(I've been here multiple times and have never owed anything). Then they "decided" to just give it to me and then they'd bill my insurance. I didn't even wanna try it on in fear that I might have to wait another hour to do so. I figured I can fix it at home that I'll never ever ever come back .The level of incompetency is so ridiculously high. And quite frankly pretty sketchy considering they've billed my insurance multiple times and I've never been asked to pay a bill until today.... I won't be back and neither should you unless you've got multiple hours to sit and wait on a lazy, greedy office.RUN AWAY!! read more

I had an amazing experience Dr.Patel and Iryna were fantastic. I didn't experience Any pain they where amazing.

I had two appointments one at 430pm for my niece and 5 for myself. We got here at 415 to fill to fill out paperwork and was dealing with someone training and phones constantly ringing from I'm sure the same people because they kept putting them on hold. It just seemed unorganized from minute one. After spending about 20 minutes filling out papers mostly waiting on them they finally put me in a chair at 455pm which was odd because my niece was first. I immediately got an xray and then sat in the chair waiting for the dentist for 20 mins. When the dentist Patel came over I told him I needed a root canal which he reconfirmed. Tapped on my teeth to figure out which one and sent me me to get a prescription. I asked well what about my cleaning thats why im here also. He tapped my shoulder and said we dont have time! I'm livid at this point so I go to see how my niece is and she was able to get her cleaning done just fine. I rescheduled but more than likely will find someone else in the meantime. read more

First of my appointment was @ 10 didn't get called back until 11 to take x-rays. My appointment was for a cleaning and exam. A dentist does your cleaning not a hygienist, which I was not informed. A ultrasonic cleaner was used (cavitron) because the dentist is in a rush and doesn't want to do any scaling , next my teeth were polished by a dental assistant. The whole experience was extremely painful for no reason . If you want your teeth cleaned by a hygienist don't go to this office there are no hygienist there to clean your teeth. I wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone. read more

I've been in excruciating pain since Sunday and when I called and explained the situation they were able to get me in within the hour! X-rays were done and the doctor explained them to me and told me the next steps, not once reprimanded me for not going to dentist for several years. Took care of what could be done today, wrote a couple of scripts and then one of the staff scheduled the next appointment. I have been here before and had forgotten why I don't go to his location. Thanks for reminding me. They open at 8a. I had an 830a appt and arrived at the same time as Orkin who then sprayed chemicals along the baseboards. Great, just what I want to be exposed to! I thought about walking out right then and absolutely should have. While waiting to be taken back I heard the dentist answering phone calls. The dentist said he answered the phones for the first hour bc their receptionist didn't show up on time. I wasn't taken back until 9am, by an overweight dental assistant that also showed up late for work with her McDonald's bag. While waiting for the dentist I noticed that this office is dirty! I have photos. I would never get any work done here. I was afraid the foot area of the Patient chair was going to get my shoes dirty. The baseboards were filthy. The white dentist chair was brown from dirt on the wheel base area. The crappy poster on the wall is missing the bottom and top pieces and looks like it's about to fall off the wall. The xray machine at my chair was not covered in plastic. I made a comment about this and was told it doesn't have to be covered bc they clean it after every patient. I saw my saliva go from her hand to the center pole of the xray machine. After she cleaned the machine my saliva was still there. That's disgusting. The dentist Kyle Westhafer told me I needed a mouth full of filings, and a major dental procedure. He said I had 2 cavities underneath filings that weren't done well, 2 between teeth, and one needs to be done on the tooth that needs the major dental procedure, before that major procedure is done. Some of the stuff he said didn't add up, and when he said you can't really see any of the cavities on the xrays, I knew he was just trying to make money off me. I declined to get started immediately on his treatment plan. He cleaned my teeth by scraping here and there, not every tooth, not even half my mouth. The hygienist came in to do my cleaning. She was obviously very inexperienced at her job, and super young. She missed several teeth when flossing bc she was frustrated. The floss broke. She didn't run the floss down the sides of my teeth or go down to the gumline. She popped the floss in to where the top of the teeth touch and popped it out. I was so fed up I just went home and flossed them myself. The tooth cleaner was splattered all over my face. I paid for a 2nd opinion at a clean place where I was willing to get dental work done, if needed. I ended up getting a part of one filing repaired. That's it. I didn't need any other filings and no major dental work. I was told 2 of the cavities were actually just staining. The other 2 didn't have cavities under the filings, what he was seeing was the bottom of the filing. The dentist was shocked they put me on a treatment plan, and said I had the best smile of the day (3pm appt). They explained that although Dental opinions may vary, in my situation the extreme variance is not a standard variance and is not okay. read more

Very nice folks! The men dentist are handsome sorry lol they are very good with kids! I brought my 12 & 2 year old. My 2 year old wouldn't open her mouth but we will keep trying and they were more gentle and understanding with that than I was! Made me feel good! Gave me good take home info and my 12 year old got her check up, cleaning and her cavity filled all in the same appointment which most dentist make you reschedule! We gave this business multiple tries...but they are just an unorganized disaster. My first visit....everyone was sweet..but I was there 5 hours for 3 cavity removals and refills with ceramic (white fillings.) The dentist had an assistant do the new fillings...not a hygienist...he said he couldn't afford one. Next my husband and 2 sons had an appt. They sat for an hour waiting... finally after the 3rd time my husband asked the front desk...they admitted they had a dentist out and were 2 hours behind. No call to reschedule..apparently our time is not important. They left. No apology, nothing. My 3rd son had an appt later that day. They were caught up..(as most people had walked out) so he stayed. They took him back... left him in the chair for 2 hours. He fell asleep they were gone so long. He woke up and went to the front desk. She said "oh, we thought you left" he was literally in the chair where they left him, and never cleaned his teeth. Better yet, they wanted to charge him. I wanted to like them....but this was just an insane amount of errors. Oh..and 2 of my fillings were incorrect and needed to be redone. Run, do not walk ....far away. read more

If you are looking for a  judgement free,caring, kind environment for a dental office,  this is the office for you!  I had cracked/broke a tooth and was told by another dentist that they could not help me and I needed to see a "surgeon".    That same day I reached out to Comfort Dental and was seen by Dr. Westhafer.     Not only did he say he could help, he literally pulled my tooth in less than two minutes.   Dr. Westhafer is very conscientious about telling you every single thing he is doing. Which helped me stay calm during the procedure.    By far, my best experience at a dental office and that says a lot under the circumstances (getting a tooth pulled). read more
