This place is a pleasure to deal with and staffed by friendly, competent people. It doesn't feel like they're jacking up prices to spend extra on decor but it's a perfectly nice, clean space. Because not only was my experience here terrible (and I will not be coming back--I've heard incredible reviews about other Dentists in Greeley,) but every conversation I've had about this place has been people telling me to not touch this place with a ten foot pole. The nickling and diming and nearly trying to upsell me like I was at a BK drive in was insane. On FOUR separate occasions, their patient care was unacceptable. 1. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and chipped tooth repair. I stated this is what kind of appointment I was looking to get scheduled specifically. Not once was I told all of those wouldn't be achievable in one appointment. I got two hours off in the middle of my work day to get this done... only to find out the appointment was ONLY for radiographs (x-rays). I expressed my concern about the change and was told it was a new client exam and I should have been told that. 2. Two cavities were found and I was told that these fillings, the cleaning, and chipped tooth repair would take at least two more visits. I am petrified of needles and need to take oral sedation medication prior. I requested to have the chipped tooth done first in order to make sure I'd have a ride home for the second visit. One day prior to my appointment, I confirmed the nature of the appointment and was informed it was for the cavities to be filled. At this point, I was frustrated and wasn't sure if I should trust an office that was unable to communicate well... to then drill into my teeth. 3. I was then recommended to go elsewhere by a colleague and called to request my radiographs be sent to them. I was rudely told over the phone I'd "have" to come in to sign a waiver. I did not feel comfortable nor did I have the time to stop by in a timely manner, prior to my new appointment. I requested to have it emailed. I returned the signed document along with the email written twice. I had also specifically mentioned in this email that I had an appointment in 4 days and would really appreciate that was sent prior to it. 4. Last but certainly not least... I got to my dentist appointment at Parkview Dental (highly recommend) and the radiographs were never sent. This wouldn't necessarily be an issue if my insurance only covered one set a year. I was then faced with the concern that I would need to pay for a new set, which could be pricey. I called shortly after my appointment to speak with Comfort Dental and was informed they never received my response to the signed waiver. I was very frustrated as I was looking right at my submitted response 20 minutes after it was initially sent. I was prompt and was hoping to receive the same courtesy. I requested to speak with the manager and was told I could speak with the dentist... I said ok and was then informed he had stepped into a room with a patient and he would call me back shortly. If you have anxiety and can't handle dealing with scary medical things alone, run away from this place as fast as you physically can. I had an appointment here today that was due to start at 5:15. Arrived early to fill out paperwork. They wanted my license number (bold of them to assume everyone has a driver's license; I do not and only have a state-issued ID) which I've never been asked for anywhere I've gone ever, not even hospitals have wanted to know this information; I left that field blank. Their paperwork is also not transgender-friendly at all; assumes all women can get pregnant, assumes non-women can't get pregnant, no place for a preferred name. The way their paperwork was done left a horrible taste in my mouth in general. There was another couple in the waiting room and the patient was called. The person they were with went to stand up to accompany them and they were told it's policy "for safety" to not allow anyone but the patient back. I have EXTREME medical/dental phobia and cannot handle these things by myself. We were not told of this policy when we made my appointment; we were very clear about my anxiety and how I need to have someone with me. I've also never heard of such a ridiculous policy in my whole life. My spouse tried to get them to make an exception but they refused. So I made them shred my personal information, expressed how ridiculous this whole thing is, and left. I'm not going to spend money to be treated like that. If I could, I would give negative stars. Worst experience. It would be better to do dental work on yourself than go to these yahoos. read more

Made appointment to have a tooth that is literally falling apart and cutting my tongue to be pulled. Went to office they took X-rays but told me I would have to make another appointment to have it pulled. I walked out of appointment because they would not pull the tooth. How can choose zero stars? I just went to my new dentist. Got a new full mouth XRay and he showed me that the only root canal I had done had an opening where it was attached. Food, plague and just mouth gunk was getting caught inside. I saw the Xray myself and just made me realize that not only my experience here at comfort dental was bad, they couldn't even do a root canal correctly. I'm happy I now have a dentist who can do it correctly, but upset I wasted 1300. Oh well read more

So far they have been great to me. I get told what's going on as they do it, I get the cost prior to services and convenient scheduling. Everyone in office seems down to earth. I'm one to ask questions, speak up and involved in my procedures so I get the best care for me and they respond as a medical facility should... with correct feed back, willingness to help and answer not pushy in treatment. O STAR !!!!!Pathetic, disgusting, unprofessional want a be dentist ! Patrick Rinaldis should not be employed as a dentist. Went in to have a tooth pulled. He shot me in the jaw and inside my mouth which of course when he asked are you numb I was everywhere but the right place. He then shot me again in the jaw this time paralyzing my eyes. One eye went droopy while the other wouldn't stay open. He told me "there was no way the shot could of done that and I must be making it up" However, then told me he couldn't pull it. I was scheduled for a cleaning and then get a tooth looked at for a root canal and we ended up talking about it then they said I would need more and said i hadn't gotten one done when I did. Well my wife got a termination of patient dentist relationship letter because she called the corporate office because she wasn't happy with 2 her visits. Not a sorry we will try to make it better letter, a don't come back letter. When you set up an appointment be very specific as to what you want done. You can't be overly specific. If you want to be able to spit out the mouth wash you have to tell them when you set up your appointment. Or just don't go there. read more

I wish there was a zero stars button. This place treated me like crap. I have a service animal and they refused to let her back even though ADA says that they can't deny us entry. When I told them about the laws they wrote a letter saying that my dental visits there were terminated because they didn't like my attitude. They violated ADA and when they don't get their way treat people like dirt. Hope they get shut down soon or they go through a complete turn over of staff. read more

Dr. Patrick is an a**hole. I, like so many other reviewers, had a degrading, condescending experience with this man. He even broke my tooth after I expressed my desire to have the one in the back pulled because it had a hole in it and was causing pain. His attitude was basically, who's the Dr. here, poor, stupid person. I felt violated, disrespected and unheard. This trauma will be with me for years as I haven't the resources to replace my tooth that he broke. Never ever going to another one of these places. If you're looking for dentists that care and do their job correctly, don't go here. I had a similar experience as some other reviewers. I had a "consultation" appointment where I told them I was having a lot of pain on a back tooth and quite a bit of jaw pain on the same side. They took like 20 x-rays (don't know why that's needed--not to mention the x-Ray technician didn't seem like she knew what she was doing) then the actual dentist came in, barely said a word to me about who he was or asked about my name or anything, looked at my teeth for about a minute then said "you have 6 cavities come back for some fillings." I tried to ask about the pain I talked about in the beginning, thinking maybe it had something to do with my wisdom teeth I've yet to remove, and he said "it's probably just the cavities" then left. I came back for one appointment and got 3 filings on the left side. Once again, the dentist came in, barely said a word to me then got to work. I don't know what they did but after my fillings I had a week of extreme pain in basically my whole mouth. I've had lots of fillings throughout my life and have never been in pain because of them. I made a quick appointment to come back and ask them about what could be causing the pain (it was pretty unbearable.) For the third time, the dentist came in, didn't say anything to me, and started numbing the OTHER side of my mouth. I told him that's not what I was here for, I just want to know why I have so much pain from my fillings, and he said "Oh sorry. Uh I'm not sure why you're in pain, I would just wait it out for a few more weeks." So I went home. It's been about a month and a half since then and while the unbearable pain has gone away, when I eat anything the slightest bit cold on the left side of my mouth I have shooting pain in my whole mouth. I'm not necessarily saying they did the procedure wrong, but I've never experienced this before so I think something is off, and they did not make me feel comfortable at all. read more

So my first appointment was more of a consultation. They sit you in a room and talk about your dental history, if you're having problems with anything, etc. They they took tons of x rays, the dentist looked at my teeth and told me I needed a deep cleaning procedure. He said it would take 2 appointments - 1 for the left side and 1 for the right side. I ended up scheduling the appointments but later called to see if I could get a basic cleaning instead since the cost of the procedure was more than I anticipated. So I called the office to see if I could change the appointment and was told by two different dentists there that it wasn't possible since this was the procedure I needed. Overall, I found them to be unprofessional and rude to say the least. I've never been talked to that way by a "doctor" before and didn't feel like they cared about my opinion. The customer service is not observable here. My husband had an appointment here and they are super unorganized. He went for a couple of appointments here but they only want to give you pain pills. They won't even give you a prescription for something that isn't as strong. They don't care about their patients and their comfort level at all. They are only there for the money and not in patient care. I won't go here ever again or recommend this place to anyone that I know! read more

i would give this place a zero star rating if i could, my boyfriend had some work done here a couple weeks ago and they left several pieces of root in his gum, when he went back in pain they told him oh itll work itself out. hes still picking pieces out with a knife. well i thought that was just a random event i went ahead and made an appointment, so today i get my xrays done and wait for the dentist, he comes in introduces himself looks at the xrays and tells me ok were going to do a root canal (on what tooth i still dont know) i say ok, what else needs done, he gets defensive and tells me that we will get to that another day, still hasnt even looked in my mouth at this point, tells me its time to go make an appointment, i again ask what other work needs done, he still refuses to tell me, so at this point im pretty irritated, he says are you angry, i tell him ya im not very happy, he says well then if youre angry than i dont want to work on you, i say that sounds great, i gathered my xrays and left, i called another dentist and have an appointment thursday, they also agreed that this was very unprofessional, so be warned stay far away from here. read more
