They only did one side of white fillings do one tooth on that same side without doing the other side made emergency appointment didn't do anything never did the other side to put fillings and take out the old black ones I have a tooth that is now infected from that side from being exposed that needs to get removed The other dentist place that I go to they don't know how to keep nobody updated, very disappointed and very upset I would honestly suggest not to go here read more

Horrible dentist!!! DONT GO HERE. YOUR better off not going to a dentist at all....i went here because my dentist closed down when the virus started and this place took my insurance. Its a half hour drive..my first appointment i went and they were trying to tell me my appointment is in 2 days and im like no its not...then they just went in the back and talked then came out and said the dentist will see me now.. Then i get silver fillings and they drilled to far into my tooth..its been 2 months and my tooth that they did a fill in, in still hurts..and i went back and they are telling me its a healthy tooth...then i got canker sores all over that side of my mouth that they did the fill in on and on my tongue...just randomly...i couldn't eat anything without it hurting so bad. It hurt to put ice cream on my tongue..i could barely talk for a week. I called them and they said they couldnt see me for a week...so i cant get my tooth out a month ago but they could see me for that...its an emergency...i had to go to my actual doctor and my doctor gives a fuck about people so they got me in. The whole reason why i went to the dentist was to get my bottom tooth removed..and now its been 4 months since my VERY FIRST appointment there and still have to take meds everyday for this one tooth. I had a appointment today to get my tooth pulled ...i go in and she told me "i tried to call you to tell you the doctor isnt going to be in today".....so its been 2 months of me after i got my fillins waiting for this....and then i ask when she can get me in and she says in a month........wow.. read more

I have to start by saying the doctor was amazing. She met with me and referred me to an oral surgeon. Turned out the surgeon wasn't taking new patients. I found another oral surgeon but needed a referral. I called and spoke with Holly. This person should not be working with the public. She refused to send the referral. She refused to fax it or email it. She refused to give me my xrays or provide them to the oral surgeon. So I asked to speak with the doctor. I was denied. I asked to make an appointment. I was denied. I asked to speak with anyone but her. I was rudely denied. In all of my life, I have never dealt with someone as rude as this girl. I don't know if she is lazy or just miserable, but she cost their office a patient. I do plan on going back one more time just because I have recordings of all of the phone conversations and I want the doctor to hear how her staff is treating people. read more

Had a filling done, couple of months after it got infected. Now my whole jaw and gums are super swollen. Been to another dentist to see what caused it. Dentist told me that the filling was not done well, it had open spaces and that's a very good space for cavity to form. Dr Sarah should check teeth after her assistant fills the tooth after drilling it for further prevention of cavity's. Had to have an extraction and now another root canal on another molar that She filled, this could have been prevented by only checking on how the fillings were done. I trusted this office but now I know I made a big mistake because my entire mouth is messed up since the moment I've been there. Tooth sensitivity, infections, jaw pain, and more since I've been treated by her and her assistant. Please do your research before you go to this place because I wish I had. read more

I visited the Xenia location several months ago about a tooth that I was having trouble with and had to end up having a root canal done. Several weeks ago I had to go back because that same tooth was loose. When I went in x-rays were taken and was told that there was infection above the same tooth and was given antibiotics and an appointment to have it addressed and to have my teeth cleaned. Two weeks later I return to the same office and x-rays were done once again and nothing was said to me and the dental assistant cleaned my teeth and told me that I had a cavity and I needed to schedule another appointment to have that taken care of never once did I see the dentist.When I spoke to with the receptionist who was rude by the way she went and spoke with the dentist and said they could not schedule me appointment for my filling until I had the other tooth extracted. Never once was I told that I needed to have my tooth extracted Instead of a receptionist telling me what needed to be done it should've been the dentist who spoke to me and told me what was going on instead of her never once did she offer to let me speak to him. And furthermore she also told me that I still had infection above that tooth and was not given more anabiotic's to correct the problem the proper way. Please think twice before you visit comfort dental. I'm very disappointed in the care I received from this place and I will not be returning to them. read more

i've had 2 easy cleanings done, but no restorations so far. x-rays have been a breeze compared to my history. i was a bit anxious over going to a "chain", but so far so good. i like dr. sarah and brittany the hygienist, who had a good idea in using a children's toothbrush to clean around the back of a tight-to-the-jawbone wisdom tooth. hopefully, i'll never find out how well they do restorations! ;-) read more
