    Mold in the bathroom

Staff at front desk were rude. Very short and demanding in payment, signing and gave no greeting or instruction when we arrived. The bathroom and sleeping area had black mold all over the ceiling, closet door was completely off track (which could have been dangerous if we didn't recognize this) A set of guests were arguing very loudly in their room, hallway, and outside our room window during the night and no staff assisted to ensure other guests were able to sleep. (They were loud enough to be heard at the front desk). Overall awful experience and we will not be returning.

Luckily, this place had both of those qualities. It's tucked in a small, quiet area, but really close to the interstate. This hotel looks very nice from the inside and out. When you walk in to the lobby, it is very modernly designed, and even has a nice bar and computer station. There is actually a courtyard in the middle, where there is a large patio and indoor pool. The rooms are nice too - big, spacious bathrooms and big comfy beds! Everything was clean during our stay and I honestly have no complaints.

This property is a solid 4. If you are doing business in the area this is a great spot to stay but…read moreif you are a road warrior like myself you like having a room with some of the basics. Mini Fridge? Check. Coffee maker? Check. Microwave? Nope only for suites. So I can get something cold/ keep something cold but have no way to warm it up? That is a strange world we live in when 80% of the Hilton properties I stay at have no problem getting a microwave to my room but Marriot is the main rival and they can't get microwaves? Not to sound like I am harping on the issue they do have a community microwave in the lobby that you can use and feel weird about when you are popping popcorn and across the lobby in the lounge a couple are drinking and wondering what the hell you are doing. Also as a Marriott Platinum member I feel like it is with a shrug when I show up. At the Fairfield Inn's I get greeted with some enthusiasm, but here at this Courtyard I get the "go take something out of the fridge, I guess" attitude. Not asking for a red carpet but a little something for the loyalty that I show you would be nice. The hotel is clean and I have never found any issues with anything but did notice a mouse death hotel trap at the bottom of the stairs (which is sort of off-putting) The internet can be hit or miss at times which can be tough when working on things for work but 99 times out of 100 it is working. This is the my go to property when working South of Boston. There is quick access to plenty of dining around the area and Target is less than a mile down the street and the Ikea Store is under 5 miles away. But maybe they need some competition in the area to get some microwaves put in all of the rooms. (Just let it go CJ, and stop your 1st world complaining.)

The shower had great water pressure, and the bed was so comfy that I looked up where to buy it. It was a BeautyRest Hospitality St Chapelle X Plush, if anyone is wondering. The carpet looked a little dated, but I think we got one of the rooms that was recently renovated. Breakfast was good as well. Small selection, nothing too fancy, but it was good. I thought the coffee was the highlight. It had this fancy touchscreen machine that would grind the beans fresh for each cup of coffee. Next time we want to go to Boston, I think we'll stay here and catch the train in to avoid staying in the city. Conveniently located by a Market Basket and different restaurants. We personally liked the Santa Fe Burrito Grill in Rockland.

Not sure that is a way to start the stay at this hotel. Not sure who designed the hotel, you have to walk down the whole first floor to get to the elevator only one. After looking around the room various areas on the wallpaper white stains all over the place. Also wallpaper is peeling off the wall. This establishment is in need of a major overhaul that is for sure. While having breakfast this morning never saw the desk clerk at the desk the whole time. This place needs a major overhaul I would say it is over priced for this facility.

It was the 2026 College Leadership and Civic Engagement Scholarship Fundraiser in honoring our schools youth in excellence and highlighting one of Quincy's own Restaurateur, Jimmy Liang! Prior to the Festivities a bountiful amount of BBQ and Salads were enjoyed! MIA Yeung, Board Chair presented her opening remarks and then presentation of this Historic " Moon Award ", to Jimmy Liang - Chairman and Founder JP Fuji Group and Restaurateur, For his Commitment in Supporting the Korean American Community and for Helping KACL - NE meet its Goals to Support KACL - NE Scholars. There were 3 mice traps alone in my room. I walked in and found an open cxndom wrapper behind the bed. Mold in the bathroom. The sink is falling apart and the wood is rotten. The cold water pressure is super low. Holes in the floor, walls and ceiling. Stains everywhere with paint chipping off the walls throughout the room (don't know if it's lead). The curtains are screwed shut so no sunlight. Plus the window doesn't open so no fresh air and the broken AC unit had a really bad smell that was unbearable even after being in the room for a while

It comes with a mini fridge, microwave a work space desk, dresser and tv, and near the door there's a space to hang some of your clothes along with an iron & ironing board. Over on Hancock near the Red Line station there's a CVS &. 7-11 closer to the hotel so you can grab some essentials, also in that area there's a block with about 10-15 various restaurants.
