She is one of a dwindling group of people who know how to do their job well and take pride in doing it well. She takes ownership, treats guests as though they had selected her hotel, and she does her best to try to make them happy and comfortable. I wish every hotel had a Rachele or a Rachele in charge of training.

The rooms come with body lotion, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I love the smell of these and have used it, even though I brought my own conditioner and shampoo. There's also a mini fridge and a microwave. Ice machine is nearby the elevators. Room service is only provided upon request and is between the hours of 9am-noon I believe, maybe longer. Breakfast during the weekdays is from 6-9am, with alternative hours on weekends. Breakfast usually always consists of waffles (self-made), fruit, juice, coffee, and bagels/bread to toast. They alternate between sausages, potatoes, eggs, and Canadian bacon. There are usually people already down there by 6am, some even before then while they're still setting up. There's lots of seating with a back seating area as well. There is a Starbucks (no-drive thru) and Chick-fil-A (drive thru) in the same lot which is nice. The hotel lobby locks after 11pm, so be sure to have your room key to scan to get back in.

Which is great if you're one of the few lucky men with an enormous hog who forgot to pack your Magnums, but what about the other 95% of us? Good thing I wasn't shopping for condoms. Room is spacious, probably remodeled in the past few years, and it was clean. The tub/shower faucet was loose and coming out of the tub but that's mostly cosmetic, still. The mini fridge was turned off and there was a loose tray just laying around on a shelf.

Free continental breakfast in the lobby was more than adequate...offering fruit, cereal, breads, yogurt, as well as some hot options including bacon. sausage, omelettes and eggs. Fitness Center was better than expected with modern treadmill and elliptical machines. Conveniently located right off of Newport Avenue and near Hancock Street (3A). The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing--especially the shower with plenty of hot water. The entire facility felt well-maintained and clean. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Even though we had some booking issues, they handled everything professionally and kindly, which really made a difference. Breakfast looked good overall. The only downside was that there were no eggs when we came down around 8:00 AM--we may have arrived before they restocked the scrambled eggs. That said, the coffee was absolutely delicious. For the price, this hotel is a great value. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and a peaceful night's sleep. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the Norwood/Boston area.

The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper roll would slide off and the holder couldn't be used. The carpet could use shampooing; it had a stale funky odor. The air conditioner barely cooled the room off and we left on the lowest setting of 65 degrees. The housekeeping staff was super loud each morning. The breakfast served had brown, over ripened bananas that had fruit flies all over it. Oranges weren't ripe enough. Hot breakfast was overcooked and dry, making it inedible. The staff that ran breakfast wasn't friendly at all. Got a yogurt and left. I don't recommend this specific hotel and I won't be staying here again with all the options nearby.

The hotel was a mile (about 10 min drive) from TD Garden, and a quick 10-15 Uber ride from pretty much everything else we wanted to/visit in Boston (Fanueil Hall, North End, Back Bay, etc.). There's also a ton of shops and stores within walking distance of the hotel which is super convenient - there's a McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Best Buy, and some others, as well as a gas station right across the street. We arrived around 1 p.m. on Friday and not only were able to check in, but also got our room upgraded from two double beds to two queen beds for no additional cost! Everyone working at the front desk was super sweet and helpful ... My mom always has a million questions anywhere we go, and they were incredibly patient and answered every question she had thoroughly. The room itself was also super nice and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find the room had a mini fridge AND microwave, plus the lobby downstairs sold lots of snacks and microwaveable meals in case you wanted a late-night snack. The bathroom had lots of little shampoo bottles/make up wipes/amenities and the room also had a coffee maker. The beds were SO comfortable and they had firm and soft pillows on each bed which was super appreciated. My mom called for an extra blanket the first night and the staff delivered it within like two minutes. Another perk here was that they offered a free breakfast every day from I think 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pretty standard breakfast fare - muffins, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. But everything seemed fresh and was tasty. Overall, I was super happy with my stay here and even my mother (who notoriously complains about everything :) ) had nothing but good things to say. Loved how dark the room was able to get with the curtains. The wifi unfortunately was a little weak in the rooms and even in the common areas but it was still doable. They offer a complementary breakfast which was more comprehensive than I had thought. They have all your popular breakfast items such as oatmeal, yogurt, egg/bacon, toasts/bagels, and coffee/tea. I'm only giving them 4 stars because breakfast is basic and doesn't match up with the high standards of room accommodations, staff friendliness AND they need freakin cheese with the breakfast. There are no waffles, I would like adult cereal like raisin brand, the egg be burnt with a mixture of being undercooked. The bacon is that thinner than paper cut, greasy cut or mystery sausage meat. Housekeeping is limited to how long they can spend on cleaning rooms so attention to detail is often missed, I just gave up on expectations and limited them access JUST DON'T DO IT AT ALL attitude I adopted. The hotel is also an Extended Stay Hotel which is a plus, as drivers you will hear us often refer to our rooms as home. Maintenance is also great, I wasn't getting all my cable channels and maintenance switched out my tv which fixed the problem. I had a few other maintenance issues which they attended to immediately and with a smile each time. One other draw back myself as well as my coworkers experienced was housekeeping was not as detailed with our rooms as they could be. For extended stay guests, they are only allowed 15 minutes to clean our room. 15 minutes does not allow for attention to detail cleaning which can be a little annoying for people like myself that likes things done right or not at all. It's annoying because by them having to rush they would forget to refill/replace body wash, leave extra trash bags, dishwashing detergent and liquid and leave trash on the floor. The guest key is linked to the elevator providing security. You must swipe your key card and select your floor for access. We had a wonderful stay. The facility and grounds were well taken care of. Beth and Joey at the front desk were very helpful. We had a ceiling light and stove light out and the maintenance and engineering tech was very fast, pleasant, and easy to work with (sorry I didn't catch his name) and got it fixed right off. The kitchen worked out well. We cooked a few things and was glad to have a full fridge and freezer. Everything worked well and was stocked nicely. The temperature controls and unit worked well. They have a nice gym, walking path, doggies station, breakfast area, common seating areas and outdoor space. The only thing that was a bit disheartening were a few of the guests didn't always pick up after their pooches. Thankfully there were plenty of waste baggies so I did my fair share of clean up. I am really thankful to have pet friendly places to stay and wish other people did their part. We did have a run in with a guest who couldn't manage their two dogs so word of caution to be alert around other pups. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options such as oat milk, vegan foods, hot oatmeal, bagels, waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage and vegan sausage. Lots of condiments like PB, cranberry, nuts, seeds, juices and more. The staff did a great job cleaning up and keeping the food and coffee stations filled. One family with their young tots made a full blown disaster and I thanked the ladies who came up after to pick up and scrub it down. We had a king size bed with 4 pillows and extra bedding in the drawers. It was very comfortable as I've always slept well on Marriott mattresses. The room had plenty of storage to unpack, an ironing board, and updated outlets for charging. The rooms were cleaned every other day but I did ask them to come more often to vacuum up after the pup. I appreciated them very much. The view to the outside over route 9 towards the Natick mall was nice. It wasn't too loud and I enjoyed being able to see the grounds. The tree leaves were turning color and the ground people did a great job mowing, trimming and keeping the place looking nice. I look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this location. We met some long term stay guest who were also quite nice. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming.
