I somewhat suspected that the Condenser was shot, due to its age, but wasn't sure! Well, they confirmed it! The service guy referred the sales guy and he was there the next day! They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and we're not pushy! They gave me a favorable quote and ordered the unit! It took a few days to get but when they finally got it, they showed up and took out the old and installed the new! They were very considerate and cleaned up when they were done! I think I got a great deal and am very satisfied!

Tech…read morecame for our Annual Service, he quickly discovered that our #2 unit was low on fluid; he explained that it would take a leak search to know if leak was in heat pump or air handler. He promptly setup an appt for tech to come for electronic leak search. Within 2 working days Tech & trainee were here to preform leak search and 2 more days our Comfort Advisor was discussing our new unit. Repair on 14 year old system was half the price of new units and guarantees. We have been pleased with service, repairs, price and the staff that has come to service our units.

The energy savings has materialized as promised. The best part is it's QUIET and the temperature is consistent. The price was middling of all the estimates I got. It seems like we often will expend energy to place a review when we are unhappy. I felt like we should also take the time to leave a review when things go well. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
