We had the company return, and a second technician told us the issue was with the circuit board. Now we're being told something completely different--that the compressor needs to be replaced for $699. This has been incredibly frustrating. Our home is new, and the unit was working perfectly before the cleaning. It's hard not to feel like something went wrong during that initial service visit. To make matters worse, even though the unit is still under warranty, we're being told it won't be covered because this company didn't install it. That doesn't sit right, especially given the timing of the failure. Overall, the conflicting diagnoses and lack of accountability have been very disappointing. We're now being asked to pay for a major repair that appears to have started right after their service. We had ZERO problems with the unit before the cleaning. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.
