I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and best of all: I had a gigantic jacuzzi tub inside of my king suite. I definitely made use of that! It's nice you can sit in the tub while watching TV and enjoying a glass of wine (I brought my own wine). They have snacks & ice cream that you can buy up in the front lobby, and breakfast is served for free between 7 and 10 AM I think. The Breakfast was decent! I only stayed one night, but I really wish I could've stayed more. They also have a small fitness center in an indoor pool and hot tub. read more

Here for my brother's wedding. It was nice even it was near the highway but alot of restaurants near by and if you didn't want to go far all you have to do is go in a big circle for restaurants and a Walmart near by. The hot tub is not working I didn't even see maintenance trying to work on it nor did the exercise machine work. The pool is small 3ft.to 5ft. But they also have a swimming class for little ones so I quess it's ok. There's parking in the back and you have a door so you won't go all the way around which was good and they have cameras all over so they knew we we're coming in. Hubby and I stayed here during a weekend in Georgetown, and were pleasantly surprised. Pros: This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping and Georgetown Square. The rooms are clean and our third floor room was quiet. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We were given a couple of complimentary waters at check-in, which was welcomed. Cons: Front parking lot could have been larger. At check-in, the front desk lady was busy talking to what appeared to be her kid while we waited for her to end her personal conversation. Check-out was not any smoother, as the front desk appeared to have difficulties in using the computer system and printing our receipt. Lastly, the room was pretty pricy at $200.00 a night. read more

You must ask for room not facing the road or you will a) not sleep and b) be awoken by sunrise. The curtains on front of building do not blackout at all. Dont try to contact the manager, he will not answer calls even though his card is everywhere. Staff is super nice. There's laundry that's easy to miss but is great to use once you realize it's there. Breakfast is decent. Nice pool. Clean. Decent bathroom and showers. read more

My wife and I stayed here Friday and Saturday night. My wife checked in while I was getting the luggage. She came out to help me and the woman from the front desk came running up and told my wife she had to come back because she coded the keys to the wrong room and someone was in that room already. We resolved that easily, no harm no foul. I was surprised at how dingy and run down the building was and in the room. Once in the room,I immediately adjusted the air in the room which was on the unit under the window which also surprised me since those types of air conditioners are fewer and farther between. I couldn't figure out why the selector knobs just turned and didn't seem to click on the appropriate temperature (cold low/cold high). About 30 minutes later I looked up and noticed a thermostat on the wall. They never bothered to even put a note telling people that the air conditioner unit controls no longer work. However, even this is no big deal. The next day we go about our business and come back to the room and I decided to go and get ice. We were on the second floor but I discovered the ice machine on the second floor is out of order with a note telling folks that there are ice machines on each floor so I could just go to the next floor. I waited for the elevator and went to the third floor where I discovered another ice machine that was out of order with a nice note telling me there are ice machines on every floor. Irritating but again, no big deal. We get up in the morning, pack up and head out. Approximately 5 hours later my wife receives a call from Comfort Suites asking her if we took a pillow. My wife seemed speechless and told the person we did NOT take a pillow. The person told her that housekeeping told them a pillow was missing and since they couldn't find it we would be charged. My reiterated we did NOT take a pillow. Once they hung up, my wife checked her credit card and they'd already charged us $25 for the pillow. I can't stress enough that people should find one of the many other hotel/motels in the area. This is a shady location and there are many better options. read more

Highly recommend. My 11 year old son and I were in town for a soccer tournament and our club soccer team booked this location. Clean rooms, good easy access location, and decent free breakfast. I felt safe and comfortable. We both slept like babies. read more

After I had checked out from our weekend stay, a couple hours later I get a phone call asking if I had taken a pillow from the room. I told the young gentleman who called no I did not. He states to me "well, housekeeping is reporting a pillow missing and if we don't find it your card is going to be charged $20. I explained to him no I did not take a pillow and i could not have even mistakenly taken it, my husband and I only had one bag each we would have noticed. Sure enough my card was charged $25. I was absolutely flabbergasted!! I'm assuming either the pillows were counted wrong before we checked in or they had the wrong room but we sure know we didn't have it. The rest of the stay was below average as well. we checked in and were given keys to the wrong room, we went back and got new keys and only one of the new keys worked. the ice machines were broken on many floors.....Needless to say I will never stay with this brand again! read more

Great place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and the location is great. However, the best part is the people that work there. Being from out of town, we needed honest opinions of where to eat, what to do, etc. Tammy was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She seemed to know the best places that would appeal to us. Also, thanks to the manager for helping us get checked in. We had several questions that he found solutions for. As for the breakfast, it could use some help. The pastries are dried out and the juices are watered down too much. I let them know about it at the front desk, so hopefully they can fix it. Actually, it's a typical hotel breakfast. However, a Great rating would be better than typical. Overall, I'd love to stay here again. read more

For the money, this is a great option. This is my second stay and the place is perfect for a low cost hotel. They serve breakfast in the morning and the place is kept clean and in good repair. Highly recommended from a bang for the buck perspective. read more

I know what you're thinking. Four stars for a usually ho-hum chain hotel? Well, I stayed at the Hilton Palacio in San Antonio the night before and didn't get the service I received here and didn't have to pay the big bucks for it, either. John, the GM, is service on 2 feet. The rest of the staff treats you as a regular, even if you aren't. I thought the hotel decor was great and I was told that it was about to undergo another renovation within the next couple of months. There are just a couple of tiny things that took away a star such as the 70's blow dryer still in its wall rest and the pillows were little more than fluffy handcloths - get some firmer, larger pillows, please! The entire hotel is smoke free! The happy hour is suspended until Spring :( read more

Oh my goodness! What an excellent comfort suites and the service was phenomenal! We stayed here on Christmas Eve, and the breakfast next day was until 10am! We absolutely loved Dawn at the front desk. She was very professional, welcomed us, and treated us very professionally and she gave the greatest service by letting us use the jacuzzi and the indoor pool! The water was cold, and we asked her if she can get it heated, she got the maintenance guy fix it, and went above and beyond by coming in with a thermometer to check the water temperature! We stayed here for one night sadly, I wish we stayed longer!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and absolutely would love to come back!!! Thank you for a great stay and thank you so much for a great service!!!! Absolutely LOVED THE CLEAN ROOM, the SOFAS, everything! We stayed on 2nd floor, my daughter (3.5 years) and she LOVED THE SPACE! the king bed was excellent, the room was excellent, everything was just excellent! Thank youuuuu! read more

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay with my nephews for a couple of non-consecutive nights when we went to see the Round Rock Express play. The hotels in Round Rock were either booked or shady. I found this one and it had brilliant reviews. I figured I'd give it a try. I'm glad we did. The customer service was great. The breakfast selection was good and slightly varied from visit to visit. They stocked Chiboni yogurt, which I'm all for supporting after they paid the school lunch bill for public school kids who were shamed for not having lunch money. They had fresh cold water and lemon water upon our arrival. My nephews took baths both nights and were happy. There were no available parking spots on the property and the staff let us park at the end of the pull through up front. My nephews were each sick each night of our stay. How did that happen? The second night my nephew soiled the sheets and I just found a huge garbage bag and threw them in there. I explained the situation to the cleaning staff in the morning and they took care of it without blinking and without issue. I'll definitely keep this place in mind and recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area. As previously mentioned in other reviews, our last night there there were several Texas State Troopers staying there. I felt extra safe. read more

Excellent, very clean, beds are great, towels and shower pressure are very good. It is a smoke free building, and management takes this very seriously. Two restaurants in the parking lot, just walk over. It is a popular hotel for TX DPS and other Officers attending nearby training. Usually a couple of masked squads in the parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking your car. read more

Spent Saturday night. This was superior. Travis, the man at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled good. The beds were very comfortable. The doors were beyond beautiful they were natural wood and the grain of each door was incredible. The room was spacious, there was a multiple outlet for charging phones, iPad, etc. there was a sofs, refrigerator, microwave, The breakfast was superior. Texas shaped waffles, philly cream cheese, peanut butter, fresh scrambled eggs, ham, hot biscuits and cream gravy, cherrios, raisin bran, fruit loops, boiled eggs, apples, oranges, bananas, yogurt, coffee, tea, apple juice, orange juice, muffins, lots of bread type choices. Plenty of clean tables. Georgetown, Texas Comfort Siites you are wonderful. I'll definitely choose to stay here next time I am in the area. read more

Wow. Of all the places I've ever stayed at - this was definitely a surprisingly wonderful hotel experience. We stayed for four nights. The customer service was phenomenal. The personnel behind the desk were always attentive and cheerful to any guest as they passed through the lobby. They were so genial that I actually felt sad when I checked-out. The rooms were bright and clean. It was nice to always have access to hot coffee in their dining area at all hours. Seriously, amazing service. They always had a genuine smile on and took time to ask how your day was going and how your stay was so far. We needed to use their dining table area after hours a few nights for some work and they immediately switched on the dining lights for us without us having to ask. That showed they had constant situational awareness of their guests in the common areas. As I checked out, they even offered water to take on our trip. I've never had a hotel do that. I would definitely recommend this to any friends and family if they were in town. Great job, Comfort Suites! read more
