She is far and away the most professional and courteous housekeeper I have ever welcomed into my home. She is incredibly diligent in her work and never refuses a request or task. My elderly grandma (she just turned 91) lives with me. Lilia always goes out of her way to say hello and takes extra care with cleaning and organizing my grandma's room to make her as comfortable as possible. The best thing about Lilia is that as soon as she arrives she gets to work and does not stop until the job is done. She never complains and the quality of her work has never diminished; in fact, through the years she has continuously worked to improve and make sure she always does the best job possible. Even in the rare times I had to cancel on short notice, Lilia was accommodating and responsive. If you are looking for the best cleaning service in San Diego, you've found it. In the headaches of trying to move out of San Diego, get movers together, finalize the next place, we hadnt had a moment to clean. Our bathroom floor was a color I will only describe as "Unnatural". Comfort sent two helpers, Maria and Maxima who arrived on time and prepared and I was very honest "This apartment is disgusting" (2 people plus 1 dog) and all they said to me is "Thats what we are here for" I honestly did not think that bathroom was salvageable without major reconstruction but about 45 minutes into our 2 hours Ms Maxima showed me the floor to make sure I was ok with it, quite frankly it was nicer than when we moved in. After 2 hours, I would eat off any surface in that apartment, it was perfection. Im sure the entire staff is excellent but if you can request Maria and Maxima, I single handedly credit them to getting our deposit back. Thank you very much guys. read more
