Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During the cleanings, the staff used harsh cleaning chemicals on my marble floors that were not appropriate for natural stone. As a result, my marble floors sustained significant damage. The cost to repair the damage was $1,690. I obtained multiple estimates, and this amount was reasonable--in fact, another repair estimate was significantly higher. They were also observed using a bucket of water and a wet mop to clean my hardwood floors. They have refused to compensate me as I did not give them notice within 24 hours. Given the damage caused and the quality of the service, I would like to pursue a small claims against the company. I believe they have blocked my phone number, and unfortunately, they have no visible address so I have been unable to give them proper service. Stop hiding and allow my day in court!

I am truly disappointed and upset over the quality and efficiency of the cleaning service provided by this company. "Pattys team" was simply awful, unprofessional, and did not provide the move out deep cleaning I ultimately had to pay. The only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because Karla C (who I communicated mainly by text) was very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners arrived within the time frame provided and only two (from what I heard of their conversations it seemed as they were a couple). When they arrived they did a walk through of the apartment BEFORE starting to clean in order to inspect the condition and advised me it would take them 2-3 hours. Around 4.5 hours later I received a text from Karla saying the cleaners need more time due to "conditions of the home." The cleaners told her that my apartment was more work and dirtier than they expected and they attempted the charge me more money. The condition of my apartment was nothing more than a normal move out/deep cleaning. My apartment was completely empty and relatively clean. They DID NOT do a move out clean. I observed them since 1130 am and noticed that she has giving him instructions consistently on how to deep clean while she wasn't cleaning. At one point he was left alone to clean the small bathroom alone that he spent over an hour on. I'm was concerned at the efficiency of them. I was in the living room during a 40 min period taking apart one piece of furniture and observed them NOT clean anything beyond wiping down a counter. I also had a friend over who observed the same. They did not pull out the appliances to clean them, didn't clean the freezer, barely wiped down the baseboards despite telling me that they had to spend a significant amount of time on them. I had to go back and wipe down walls, cabinet doors, baseboards, and clean the freezer myself. Karla was receptive and when I sent her photos agreed that they did not provide the quality of work they allegedly normally offer. However I had to actually call her and request a reduction of rate in order to receive any response or discount. I was still charged $216 despite after informing Karla and going back and forth being provided an "$80 discount." When I turned over the apartment my leasing agent expressed her concerns over the cleaning quality and advised me she would be reaching out to the company to finish cleaning properly. The cleaners spent SIX HOURS in my apartment and did nothing beyond a normal cleaning. Then tried to argue with me when I expressed concerns. The girl also attempted to get me to pay her cash directly rather than waiting for the company to charge my card. It was all completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disappointing. It was a complete waste of money and time. I hired them because I wanted to support a local business, they had "fair" rates, and relatively decent reviews. I needed a move out clean and decided to give them a chance. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. I should have paid double the price for a larger professional corporation or company to handle my cleaning needs.

Baseboards were still dusty, under the bed was not cleaned, bathroom shelves were not dusted, there was still soap scum in the guest shower, water spots remained on the bathroom glass, and the floors still had visible scuffs and dirt marks. What was most frustrating was that when the cleaner first arrived, she even commented that it "didn't even look like construction had been done here," yet somehow the home was still left visibly dusty and dirty after the cleaning was completed. After working a 12 hour day, I now have to be back here cleaning. After paying for a professional post-construction service, I am extremely disappointed. Honestly, I could have spent the entire day cleaning myself and likely achieved a better result. Very disappointing experience, especially given the price paid and the type of cleaning that was promised. I even sent photos beforehand showing plastic coverings throughout the house, construction debris, drywall work, and dust everywhere. Your response states the cleaner discovered the home was dirtier than expected upon arrival, however the condition of the home and the fact that this was a post-construction clean were fully disclosed in advance. You even acknowledged it was construction cleaning and adjusted the quote accordingly. We specifically discussed deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, moving furniture and couches to clean underneath, bathrooms, shelving, windows, shutters, fixtures, and heavy dust removal throughout the home. I was reassured that your cleaners were trained for this type of work and that everything included in a deep clean would be handled. Patrick also specifically mentioned that a crew would be coming out for the cleaning, which is what we expected for a post-construction deep clean of this size. Based on those conversations, I was under the impression that multiple cleaners would be arriving. When only one cleaner arrived, it immediately became clear that what was promised during booking was not what was actually scheduled. We also made it very clear that insurance was covering the cleaning and that cost was not the deciding factor -- we simply wanted the job done correctly. This was not simply a matter of "expectations" being too high. Basic areas that were discussed beforehand and expected in a post-construction deep clean were still left untouched or visibly dirty, including dusty baseboards, bathroom shelving, under furniture, shower residue, and visible dust throughout the home. We do appreciate that a refund was ultimately issued. However, after spending hours coordinating the appointment and preparing the home, we were still left needing to clean the house ourselves after construction dust and drywall debris remained throughout the property.

As I've continued cleaning and organizing the house, I've also discovered that some areas appear to have been missed altogether. For example, the shelves in my children's room had a significant layer of dust on them, suggesting they were not dusted during the service. Mistakes happen, and I would have been willing to work collaboratively toward a resolution. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication after the damage occurred.
