I was a patient of Dr. Babic for almost 5 years. Last year in May, I went for routine cleaning and was told I needed filling. The nightmare began that day. They messed up the simple filling. After months of pain, re-visits, and re-filling, I was told that I needed a crown and quoted double of what I eventually paid at another, top-rated dentist in the area. Dr. Babic did apologize for her mistakes and told me that I won't be charged for my last visit, but after a couple of months there was the bill in the mail. After visiting the other doctor, I found that ComfyDent charges almost 50-60% more for most of the services. For example D0140 Limited Oral Evaluation - Problem Focused, they bill $134 to my insurance, whereas another, more reputable doctor billed $85. Same for other services. To add to that, they are out-of-network for all the insurances, so they don't have to follow pricing guidelines by the insurance companies. Highly highly recommend! They have the most sophisticated top of the line technology. Couple that with an amazing, caring staff that makes you feel warm and welcomed. And on top of that, I really felt comfortable while getting work done on my teeth (never have I fever!) Atmosphere is chic and modern- again- nothing like I've ever seen in a dental practice. I went to Comfydent Smiles for the first time yesterday and couldn't have been more pleased with my care. Dr. Babic is not only a super sweet woman, but also a excellent dentist. I appreciate that she has invested in such great new equipment which allowed me to see in live time my cavity, need to crowns... etc.. Best dentist in the world! I can't say enough good things about Dr B. She truly cares about her patients. When I go to her office I feel like I'm visiting a friend. I'm a skittish patient and have had way too many dental horror stories - Dr B knows what she's doing, won't push you to do extra unnecessary work, is gentle and has an amazing bedside manner. Between the tv, the laughing gas and the massage - I actually look forward to my dental visits! I rarely wait and am always made to feel welcome by her team. I had a dentist appointment on Thursday and I kid you not when I say this appointment made my entire week!! These ladies are the sweetest! The office is cozy, clean, welcoming, and relaxing. They have top of the line equipment and technology! It was so awesome to see X-rays of my teeth, see the actual scans of my head and sinus region and have my teeth cleaned while sitting in a massage chair. That's right.... a massage chair. Just let that sink in for a moment! I love that I was able to fill out my paperwork online before arriving to save time and the check in process was electronic! Dr. Babic is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. She is kind, funny, and most importantly was gentle on my teeth and gums. The BEST Dental Experience I've ever had. The entire experience was at a whole new level - and I'm a new lifelong Comfydent patient. Let me preface by saying I have had some terrible dental experiences, from bad cleanings, to painful novocaine injections or the feeling that I'm just a task that the dentist/dental team needs to get done - I now stress out whenever I visit the dentist. I thought I'd always be uncomfortable in dental offices, until now. From the first moment I was put at ease with Dr. Babic and her team. Their COVID response left me feeling safe from when I walked in the door. I was greeted with a big smile (I can only assume because everyone was wearing masks - but their eyes seemed like they were smiling), and a comfortable lobby complete with coffee machine and couch. Madison (my dental assistant for the day) brought me back to a super comfortable dental chair. Seriously, Laz-y-boy should take note, they've got some competition. The room was really cool looking with modern accents, some tropical wall paper, and some high-tech gadgets (more on that later). I was really taken aback by being treated as a person rather than ferreted around quickly as if I was a burden on the workers. Madison sat me down and made me feel at home and Dr. Babic came in to discuss my past dental experiences, what I could expect today, and got to know me (without me trying to talk with finders and gadgets in my mouth). I didn't realize how nice it was to actually talk to the dentist as a person and not feel rushed until Dr. Babic helped me realize how nice it was. From there Madison began taking x-rays as well as a full-mouth 3D image. Throughout Madison did a great job checking in and asking if I felt the slightest big uncomfortable (I didn't). I'm not sure if she was just that good, but usually the x-ray thing would jam into the tops and bottoms of my mouth, but this one didn't hurt at all. Also as my x-rays were completed they were displayed right on a TV in front of me which I thought was really cool. After my imaging was done, Dr. Babic came in and looked over the x-rays and the images with me, talking about areas that were concerning, and what she was looking for. Here's where most dentists lose me. There's a spot in my mouth I know I need to fix, but every dentist has just told me what the options are. Dr. Babic spent the time talking about what was happening in my mouth with how my teeth bite down, what could/would happen in the next 5-10 years, and why it would happen. She spent more time talking about what was going on and why it was going on that by the end, I wanted to fix the problem because I understood why it was a problem. I've never had that before. She used the 3D model to point out where the issues are, even highlighting the force from chewing in blue-green-yellow-orange-red manner and what it was doing to my mouth. Then we got to the actual cleaning portion where I'm not sure what Dr. Babic uses, but I usually have 1-2 small shooting pains per tooth, and this time there was only 2 over my entire mouth. Additionally I had multiple ways of relaxing to my level of comfort, from the massagers in the chair (which I didn't know I needed until I had them on), to the TV on the ceiling which I decided I wanted to watch the aquarium channel, to the music where I put on top pop, as well as telling me I was in control of when they'd stop for a break - all I had to do was let them know. It made me feel a LOT better knowing Dr. Babic actually wanted me to stop her if there was even slight discomfort. I can't recommend Dr. Babic enough - this experience was beyond anything I've ever had in a Dental office before. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel stressed, I didn't feel pressured into making a decision about a treatment, I just felt....comfy, the whole time. read more

It was not communicated to us what would be covered by insurance and what's not. Dr Babic is the best dentist that I've ever been to! She has a vast knowledge of dentistry that includes the using latest technologies to solve dental problems you may have been apprehensive to address. The office is posh and offers every comfort - including massaging chairs! Her staff is on point and doesn't miss a beat to anticipate any needs you may have. I bring my whole family here, including my two year old. She is great with her and has all kinds of toys, etc to make the experience as painless as possible. I can't recommend Dr. Babic and her assistant Jeffrey enough! I felt like I left with 2 new BFFs! They were so kind and welcoming and put my extreme dental anxiety at ease. My xrays were super quick and I loved that Dr. Babic put them on the screen to go over what she saw with me. It was so informative and way more enlightening than any previous dental appointments I've had. I sat back in my massage chair, enjoyed the free laughing gas and watched Netflix with my headphones on while my teeth were being examined and cleaned (which btw...was quick and painless). It was a dang day at the spa for this mom! My husband had his appointment right before me and actually scheduled both of our 6 month visits on his way out. For the longest time, dentist was a synonym of anxiety for me. I disliked getting my teeth cleaned and always hoped I had no cavities to avoid all kinds of dental work. After meeting with Dr Babic, she completely changed the way I feel about coming to the dentist. Her office is brand new, she thought about every single detail to make sure her patients felt comfortable. I love that you can also book your appointments right off her fabulous website. Her assistant Jeff, is also top notch!! Her chairs offer massages, you can watch tv while she attends to your dental needs AND before doing anything, she thoroughly explains what the plan is and makes you feel involved throughout the whole process. She earned my trust from the second I walked into her office and my anxiety slowly disappeared. Dr Babic is amazing! This has been by far the best dentist experience I've ever had. There was absolutely no wait, Dr. Babic was super attentive the entire time and you just feel like the whole place is designed specifically for you. The facility itself is absolutely fantastic! Super modern and almost futuristic. You get the sense they have all the top of the line equipment and the entire practice is set up to make you feel comfortable. I was watching a TV show on the TV in the ceiling (!!) and getting a massage from the dentist chair. (!!)- not joking...they have built in massagers. It felt like being at a spa while getting dental work done. And speaking of that- zero pain or discomfort at all! I have sensitive teeth and usually get some pain; however, Dr. Babic is incredible- I didn't feel a thing. I could not possibly recommend this place more.
