I never write reviews but I just have to with this business. I was in need of some major dental work and they where my third stop. Yes I shopped around and boy am I glad I did. From the moment I walked in the front staff treated me like an actual person. The smiles on their faces and the genuine tone of their voices told me they actually enjoyed being there. The Golshanis, a Doctor husband and wife team, where also amazing. Not only did they take care of my chipped tooth that was cutting into my tongue, they did it the same day I called. After that a dental plan for treatment was explained and all my questions where answered. I could go on about how pleasant my experience was but let me just say this. No one likes going to the dentist. It's not fun. From now on, this is absolutely the only place I will recommend or go to. So do yourself a favor and stop on in. Ask them how "Feral Girl" is doing. I've had lots of dentist over the years and Dr. Sara, Dr. Ali, Angela and Marlene are by far the best. I can't recommend them enough after 3 visits. Not only are their facilities and equipment brand new and really plush (TVs, massage chairs, 3d imaging) more importantly they are the most thoughtful health professionals I've ever experienced. I seriously wish they could be my PCP. They talk to you, listen and take notes (thanks for not reminding me I need a night guard after I said it was a no go). It is really personalized care. Nobody wants to take a kicking and screaming 4 year old who is scared of the dentist to anyone but I shamelessly did after an unsuccessful trip with another practice that ended in tears for my daughter and my wife. I knew they could do it and was right, they were beyond amazing. Dr. Sara was super accommodating and did everything it took to get her to have her teeth counted, scraped and polished. My wife thinks I'm a hero but it was really Dr. Sara. It was a huge success that ended in high-fives and hugs, all around. For those like me that don't have dental insurance they have a discount and I didn't know this at the time but they currently have a promotion for a complementary kids 'Happy Visit', with an adult comprehensive appointment. They've earned patients for life. Even my daughter said she likes her new friends and wants to go back and pick something out of the treasure chest after getting her teeth cleaned. Long post, sorry. I always say I love my dentists at Serene Hills. Today, I love them even more. I'm very scared of dentists. I don't trust them. I've had very bad experience when I was a kid in France. I'm 48 years old. I'm only comfortable now because of both Dr Ali and Dr Sara Golshani. Today was the last day of my treatment for my new smile. I cried. I never thought I could have teeth like that. I won't be scared of smiling anymore. It was a long process because Dr Sara really wanted me to have braces. I'm so glad I listened to her. She was the first one recommending I do that. I've seen other dentists before in different States who said I should do crowns. I always said no bc I was scared. I'm so glad I never listened to them. It was so important to have the teeth straight first. This was a long process. I had to go very often because Dr Ali wanted to make sure my teeth were moving at the right pace and that the buttons were always sticking onto the teeth. (Unlike some other places who just give the trays and don't follow up as often). He was very meticulous and attentive. Finally it was time to do the crown and veneers. He took his time to make sure I had the best smile I could get. I could have fixed the bottom ones too but the chip isn't too noticeable. Anyways, I'm super happy with Dr Ali who ended up following up with me. Now I'm actually sad that I won't need to go see them more than twice a year for my cleaning. I will first start out by say that this is the absolute best Dentistry office that I have be a patient of. As an adult man I can honestly say that I hate going to the dentist. It's typically uncomfortable, painful and can be expensive. I've been to larger multi dr offices that over charge and sell you services you don't need. Well, not at this office. I have had the pleasure of working with both Dr Sara and Ali Golshani and have never felt more comfortable. Dr Ali is very straight forward with procedures that are needed and he explains everything very clearly. Unfortunately I've needed a root canal but Dr Ali made the proceeded nearly painless and that's more than I could have asked for. Not to mention that he personally followed up after my procedures to see how I was. Also, I will say this regarding COVID-19...As I previously stated that I disliked going to the dentist... You can imagine how I feel about going during a pandemic. Well the safety measures that are taken at this office help to lessen any anxieties about possible virus transmission. From the pre screening and temp checks at the door, multi layer masks wearing of the staff and the air purification systems I had no doubt that my health was being well taken care of. read more

What a refreshing dentist office. No one likes going to the dentist. I have to go every three months to keep my gums in great shape. I also have a severe gag reflex. We did x-rays on my initial visit and I was very worried that my gag reflex would be a huge problem. The staff had the latest technology gadgets and made the whole process simple and gag free. My cleaning was with state-of-the-art equipment. I didn't even feel them scraping the plaque off my teeth. This was a very pleasant surprise because normally the dentist office can be very painful. This was a brand new experience for me. The dentist and the staff were outstanding. We are happy to call them the dentist for our family now! After living in the Spicewood/Lakeway/Bee Caves area for 5 years I have finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with and can trust. I often feel like I'm being up sold for treatment that I don't really need, but not with Dr. Golshani. He and his staff were super friendly, made me and my son feel comfortable and only provided services that were needed at this time. Now when we end up getting uncomfortable and in pain or certain areas do need more attention, we will take care of it then. WOW, never has that happened. I've always been told I need more, very expensive treatment NOW....but in reality I don't. The services performed - x-rays and cleaning were very thorough and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and not in pain. I highly recommend this practice to anyone! read more

When you first walk in you are welcomed by Brittany who is extremely warm and friendly. I then met Jennifer who took my x rays and assisted Dr Sarah with my dental work and cleaning. Jennifer is also very warm and friendly. I saw Dr Ali today. I had a crown come off. Not even the top of my dental adventure iceberg. The office staff was amazing, I was immediately put at ease when I spoke over the phone and then when I arrived. The assistant was great! Super friendly, not awkward talking lol. Dr Ali was more than amazing. He listened and genuinely cared about my situation and future health. Starting with the welcoming reception walking through the front door throughout my visit, everyone makes me feel welcome and cared for until I have left the building. I am one who does not particularly like going to the Dentist and they always make sure that I am comfortable while being treated. With TV's overhead to distract you from your service with your choice of programming and massaging chairs to ease you. I just came from there thinking I had 2 old fillings to be replaced (so my last Dentist was going to have me do) but was told it was not at all necessary at this time. I had a crown mold fall off Monday morning. When I called Serene Hills dentistry , they were prompt to answer and were prompt at getting me in within an hour to attach my crown back on . They were super nice and patient . I don't know what I would have done that day without them ! I just loved their kindness and excellent customer service . I selected her as we were in the same sorority at different colleges. Best decision I ever made. The office is stunning. The staff is kind, calming, extremely professional and helpful assisting with insurance. After years of pain at my former dentist, Dr. Sara was so incredibly gentle, I was actually in disbelief.
