There was a brass tea pot light hanging from the ceiling that was so lovely, I wish I could have purchased! A lot of items have been restored or repurposed beautifully. As I walked around I noticed a shade that I wanted to purchase and the older lady in the store was rude and very dismissive letting me know that I should bring the lamp in for a good fit (she may have been the owner). While I wouldn't mind doing that whatsoever, the attitude behind her message was less than stellar, like she couldn't be bothered with my meager lampshade business. She did offer some advice on fit, but that did not compensate for her terrible attitude toward me especially after she told me the lampshade was over $200 dollars, using a condescending voice as if I couldn't afford it. I walked away feeling like I had imposed on her, reassuring myself that it was nothing I did to constitute being treated that way.
