We stated there was no pricetag and nonverbally she expressed her dissatisfaction with us as patrons We had never been in the store before and although it's a lovely town with a lovely centre we will never go back to this establishment again. I use them in displays with old school books! I recently found an old ruler with the alphabet on one side and numbers 1-10 on the other. I am a teacher and scooped this ruler up! I have it displayed on an antique slant top desk in my home. It is beautiful and unique and was inexpensive! Went on a Sunday afternoon, caught our eye driving by. We walk in and the store is a mess, woman…read moreworking said "sorry, we're getting ready for a show." (brimfield I'm assuming) then she completely ignores us for the rest of the time we're there. Not only that, but she is sitting in the middle of the store blocking the main isle. We had to awkwardly squeeze our way behind her, she couldn't even scoot in her chair and say sorry. Once we get past her we see there's another woman in the corner working. She didn't even acknowledge us. She definitely knew we were in the store since it is pretty small. General pleasantries go a long way. They had a few nice items too that we may have been interested in but due to their lack of "interest" in is, we left. We'll also never go back.

Knotty Pine is another (other than one of the owners with this GORGEOUSLY STUNNING FLOW OF PLATINUM HAIR has one of the most acrid personalities I've come across in a long time. I don't know who kicked her cat, but her unpleasantries are forgiven because she keeps a very clean, interesting, approachable business going!) Hudson gem. While Natalie's is a bit smaller space, it doesn't lack for treasure troves of generous piles of vintage and fun jewelry and a stunning case showcasing unique local native indigenous woman's crafts - hair pins, necklaces, etc. all made locally and blessed with what we call "Wampanoag" (but that isn't their true tribal name) spirit. Come say HI to Natalie, and enjoy! Bring kids - vintage toys for them to choose from (just please keep an eye on them, the place is full of delicate glass and moving around is a bit tight). I'm so glad I found this place! I should have started this post as an epic essay: "it was a cold and peltering afternoon. The winds howled as I carefully took my life into my hands on the 20 long steps to Natalie's door..." (YEA, PLENTY OF PARKING close to the entrance! Entrance in the front if you're taking a stroll and go past the brewery on the rail trail or in the back- parking, next to the auto shop across from the gas station, at the light).
