I had stopped in on a whim because we are planning to redo our kitchen. I was happy to see that…read morethis was a "one stop shop" and felt that the process would be easy. We scheduled an appointment for that week to have someone come by to measure. Two very nice gentlemen came by. They listened to my ideas and took measurement and photos. I heard nothing for two weeks so I called. I was told I would receive a call back; I didn't; I called again and again was told I would receive a call back. I finally got a call from the designer, Ryan, on a Saturday. Within a minute i was given a $$$ number, without any context. I told Ryan we would like to stop by the following Saturday. He said that would work and he would make the time for us. I emailed him during the week, no response. I called that Saturday morning and was told he was not in that day. I advised the person I spoke with that we wouldn't be available during the week and wouldn't be available for the next few weekends. I finally received a call from Ryan attempting to schedule "during the week and for the next few weekends". As we were busy for those few weeks, I emailed him, yet again, two weeks ago. I wasn't surprised that I received no response. I truly thought the showroom had everything I needed for my kitchen. It's just upsetting that your designer is less than responsible, attentive, and trustworthy.

The damaged included water damage in dining room ceiling, scratched wood floors and other damage on wood floors, a copper sink they damaged while installing it. Their employee hammered it and scratched and warped the sink ( that was another nightmare to get it replaced and when they finally did they acted like they did me a favor). And I did a stop payment on a check because after trying to get them back to finish because this project dragged on for so long, they stopped showing up . I gave them the benefit , wrote a check and they did not show up the next day, so I stopped the check. They will take zero responsibility on anything that doesn't go right.. it was amazing the excuses they would make up. Zero stars is what they deserve. Horrible! The beginning process started off so great. Ian was knowledgeable and helpful and had a great show…read moreroom that showed us a bunch of options. We enjoyed working with him so much we also used him to source our appliances and quartz countertop and pulled the job from our other suppliers. Everything came in within a reasonable amount of time and the installation was ready to begin. The team came every day and on time, and they were about a 7 on the neatness scale. Everything was ready to be installed, and There is where the issues started. I had replaced an existing island with one that was much bigger and added a coffee bar with cabinets on one wall, and switched out the countertops and backsplash. The island went in first, and was installed not at all straight, they adjusted a few times and it still is slightly off, and the final answer I got was "your walls aren't straight so this is the best we can do". None of the cabinets are lined up properly still to this day, 9 months after the job was completed. The spacing between all cabinets are not consistent, the cabinets hit each other when being opened and closed. The double garbage track I believe needs to be totally replaced but was told "that's how the garbage cabinets come" The installation on the appliances were also terrible. I had to get a different contractor to come adjust my dishwasher, as I asked Ian's team 3x and it was not getting fixed. Ian's team never screwed the dishwasher into the cabinets so whenever it was opened and closed it would move. It was also not flush to the countertop. Ian has come back on 3 different occasions to try to align the cabinets and the last time he said "I have to call the manufacturer I'll get back to you" and haven't heard from him since, over a month ago. I am now looking into another cabinet company that will come and fix what was left here. I would feel comfortable ordering with Ian but never again use him for the installation.
