The representative Michelle said, In all the years dealing with this manufacturer Kitchen-Craft whenever they stopped making a color they will no longer make touch up kits. But if you want to have the doors replaced they will customize for you. It can't be a few doors, it needs to be many. My kitchen is still young and we are seniors hardly use it. They should find a way to help me get a touch-up paint without unnecessarily replacing costly doors. Nicole, in reference to your response below, if you recall you transferred me to Michelle. As stated above, Michelle told me i could not just replace one or two doors. She referenced another customer who had 8 or 9 replaced. She was able to help them after a color had been discontinued. "They would customize as they were purchasing many doors and she didn't think the company would accommodate me". Obviously, the company has a way to make discontinued colors. I can work with a small bottle. It is very fair of me to hold you responsible when i was told i would never have a problem. You made no earnest attempt to help me solve the issue without replacing many costly doors. I will call company directly myself and see if i can get the color. Benjamin Moore makes a sea shell and it looks very similar. From what I understand online this company is in line with Benjamin Moore who still makes sea shell white. Hopefully they can confirm this is the same color. Maybe you have learned something here to help other customers. My purpose in writing this review is informative for other customers as 90,000 is a lot of money to spend and then be told there is nothing to be done.

We stopped cooperating when you then asked for more days occupying our driveway and inconveniencing use, and refused to pay for 2 flat tires you caused by not cleaning the numerous nails you left in our driveway and in the street, and to clean out all the roofing debris left in our gutters from when the roof was gu The only one who harrassed anyone was one of your workers when a photo was taken of a fire hydrant being taken apart. People have the right to protect their property from further damage, especially from a company who made it very clear that they do not care and would not make good on damage they knowingly caused. The only "chronic police calls" on this street have been related to your vehicles blocking access to our property, blocking the street and impeding traffic on weekends, and your employees menacing us and trespassing on our property. We have owned this property since the early 70s and have only had issues with your company which apparently thinks it has the right to trample peoples private property. There were many other occasions where we could have and should have called the police. But did not because you're employees are so disgusting we feared retaliation through additional damage to our property. Learn to show respect for people neighboring your projects. Learn to be honest and communicate. Maybe if you did any due diligence and spent anytime at your project sites you would be aware of how your employees act when you're not present.

I think he's glad he listened to me now.) and did the grouting. The grout that met the counter top to the wall also had started to crumble so they put clear silicone along the seam. I don't understand why that wasn't done when they first did the job. I don't know how a chunk of silicone got on my refrigerator, but I noticed it today and removed it. I thought that was a bit careless, hence three stars instead of four. The tilers need to be more careful. My husband will probably think that's petty of me, but it shouldn't have been there! I will continue to update my review. If I don't have any additional issues, I'll update again and up the stars.

Michael and his team completed a gut renovation of my Manhattan Co-op. Specifically, this included…read morecompletely redone kitchen, bathroom, closets, living space, etc. I performed an exhaustive search for the right contractor and Michael exceeded all the others by far. Here is why: 1. He has a background as an engineer and is keenly focused on precision, taking immense pride in his projects. This means everything is measured to the T and the work is tastefully done. You really want someone with a sharp eye for the details and that was evident throughout the project. For example, Michael spent an entire day taking me on tours of his other projects (with permission from his other clients of course). This way I could see his work up close and also gather ideas for my own project. I particularly liked a radiator cover I saw at one place, and Michael custom designed two for me as well. (Pics attached) 2. He has integrity and remains accountable even after the last bill is paid - also every additional cost is communicated in advance so you can approve or discuss. No surprises with Michael. For example, after the project was over, I had moved in, and Michael had moved onto another project, I noticed a small crack in the crown molding that Michael and his team had installed. This was due to the intense heat in the apartment as the radiators cranked up for the winter months, with temps exceeding 80 degrees. As soon as I let Michael know, he came back within the same week and addressed the problem at no extra charge. I thanked him for coming and he said "no need to thank me, it is our obligation." There are so many more examples and to me, that is an impressive level of integrity in a tough business, and shows how much Michael cares deeply about the outcome of his projects. 3. He is in constant communication. I am very hands-on and used WhatsApp to communicate with Michael and his team on a daily basis. For example, I couldn't be there to pick out the grout to be used in the bathroom tiling, but had an idea that I wanted it to match with the grey tile on the bathroom floor. Before purchasing and applying, Dan (Michael's son) sent me a WhatsApp message with a picture of the grout they suggested for purchase next to a sample of the tile that was used for the bathroom floor. I was able to make the decision while from my desk at work. Depending on how involved you want to be, the team definitely accommodates. This way you can view the progress on a daily basis and be involved in as many decisions as you want to be. 4. It's a family business. Michael has brought his wife (Jenny) and his son (Dan) into the business. They are a close knit team and tirelessly together to make sure the job gets done. Each of them have unique strengths that they bring to the table and, to me, this personal touch just made the experience that much better because I had the assurance that everyone was always on the same page and always communicating. 5. He takes you shopping. One Saturday, Michael took me shopping to help me decide on all of the materials. I did not have to buy on that day, but I ended up picking out almost everything because the prices at the places he brought me could not be beat, not to mention the options were plentiful. I had used Pinterest to build a concept and this helped guide me throughout the day. With Michael's help, I ended up selecting: all bathroom and kitchen tiles, subway tiles, granite countertops, kitchen sink, kitchen appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher), air conditioner, kitchen cabinets, bathroom sink and mirror). Some other things like the toilet, light fixtures and door handles I purchased off Wayfair. But it was such a relief to get the main things done. I originally was only going to renovate my bathroom, kitchen, and paint my walls however they recommended that I add wood floors which I am so happy with. Their prices are great and they are honest.
