I went the other day to see about having zipper put on a bag. I figured maybe $5-10, it's just a zipper. $40!!!!!! Are you out of your mind? "Well, we had to sew this and that" no you absolutely didn't. Nothing regarding snapping a zipper onto the tracks requires sewing. The bag wasn't ripped, the tracks weren't torn from the bag. It's bad enough you're scamming people with these prices but you're doing terrible work at these rates too. And you should contact people with a quote before hand. Doing it and then quoting is just stealing because now they have to pay up to get their property bag. Thankfully my bag was cheap and I didn't care about it. I bought a brand new (better as it turns out) bag for $8 plus a whole package of zippers for $1.25 and a package of zipper pulls for $0.75. I will not only never use this place again, my parents refuse to them, my sister already said she'd never use, and I'll be sure to let others know not to bother. I'm all for supporting local businesses but not when you're stealing hand over fist like this.

I found him thanks to Yelp, and noticed he was local to my home and quickly reached out regarding my unfavorable damage to my vintage LV wallet. This 2004 coin purse wallet combo has seen better days, and when my wallet was rejected for repairs from the original source, I didn't want to give up on it. Paul asked me to send pictures of the damages so he could quote me properly due to the amount of work involved. We agreed on a price and even the amount I had to leave for deposit wasn't an issue. He wanted to make sure that I would trust his judgement and value his work. Paul said to give him a week and he delivered it to me in 5 days time! Be sure to always ask him what the store hours are, as he unfortunately is experiencing flood damages to his work space. How he was still able to fix this wallet for me in such dire conditions, I'll never know. He's chatty and friendly, and could use more foot traffic as this kind of work is clearly dying in the industry. He seamless repaired my coin purse compartment that kept leaking coins all over my bag, as well as the bills compartment that was fatigued. The work is perfect; beat that 5th ave!
