The breading itself was thick but not offensively so -- more "linebacker" than "Michelin man." Heat level: medium, despite being billed as hot, and the wings had a slight greasiness that wasn't a dealbreaker, just an unwelcome plus-one. The seasoned fries showed up allegedly seasoned. The seasoning was salt. Just salt. Salt doing its one job and getting all the credit for a team effort it didn't put in.
