I reset my iPhone, but something went wrong and basically I was convinced I broke it. These things aren't cheap, so I made an inquiry through Yelp and found Steve B.! I had an unpleasant experience with the shop following excellent experience only one week earlier. I wrote a critical review yesterday and then TODAY was called by Alex. He was sincerely apologetic and sensitive to my problem. Within one hour, I was back at the store so that they could replace my glass at no additional cost to me. The follow-up and concern was genuine and thorough, and I was won-over by Alex and his staff; their response was perfect and what I anticipated two days ago. A perfect place to visit to purchase a phone or have a phone/tablet repaired. Sadly for me, this was my third visit to Communication Depot (third different phone) to have my phone repaired. Each time the "fix" was around 45 minutes. The first time I visited them they told me they were really busy and it may take longer than normal. It did. It took 50 minutes! I called to get info about my cracked sceen and led on my Samsung. Monte told me he could fix it in an hour or less, had the parts in stock and what it would cost. I took the phone in the next day and EVERYTHING went EXACTLY as Monte said. They replaced the cracked screen and broken led in LESS than a hour and it worked perfectly! This is maybe my fourth or fifth time here I've gotten phones unlocked and screens fixed. The work they do it looks perfect when it's done. There's usually a gentleman named Monty working headphones, phone cases, screen covers they always give me deal it ends up being like 20% less than what anyone else charges. Came in recently to get my phone's LCD screen repaired and get an otter box to protect my phone. The repair person not only replaced the screens, but also repaired my missing power button even though I'd said it was fine and the cracked back plate on my phone. The latter two repairs they did completely free of charge. I was only charged for the screens I had come in to have replaced and the otter box. Broke the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus and needed for work really badly. Sent them a message and they responded within minutes. Walked in and was greet by multiple staff. They took my phone and gave me a ticket number. 14 minutes later, my phone was ready and ticket was closed. Through out the whole process, they were nice and accurate. Excellent customer service! Took an older iPhone in to replace battery. It was very inexpensive. A couple of months later it started bugging up. Just took it in yesterday to have them re-assess. The battery was jostled loose. They fixed the connection and replaced the home button. Cost= 45 minutes of walking around Cherokee street enjoying the wonderful shops. read more

My IPAD screen cracked when I was away for vaca after maintenance entered my apt. Usually my dad fixes it, and Apple isn't even open. I was so nervous to replace it since people say sometimes the screen won't work if it's not done by Apple but it works perfectly and only $79! And only took an hour. Amazing service!
