The cleaning went smoothly and x-ray and check up was as good as it could be. I'm so happy to have found this location and I highly recommend it to anyone, who is looking for quality pediatric dental care. Thank you Dr Maddie and team!!

He has decided to only be in network with only one insurance company, meaning everyone that doesn't use that carrier has to pay out of pocket, and pay significantly more for the same services we have always received. Where my son's checkups didn't have any cost to me previously, they now have significant cost. And any work he may need in the future would cost much more. They began to make this change several years ago but then went back to taking my BCBS insurance in network. I spent a lot of time shopping for something they would accept, which just ended up being a waste of time. And now they have done it again. When I asked the staff why, the answer is that "Dr Jason has chosen to do this" without a single further word of explanation. The clear reason he is doing it: MONEY. He doesn't care that patients will leave. He's more considered about the ins and outs of insurance processing than he is about the well being of his patients. I brought my daughter in to see Dr. Farooq to discuss her two front adult teeth coming in discolored. Dr. Farooq saw the one adult tooth that came through a month ago when she pulled four of her baby teeth out to accommodate her incoming adult teeth. At that visit, she never mentioned any condition with my daughters adult teeth (she also had one molar in at this visit). Fast forward to this past week at the most recent appointment to discuss the discoloration, and she explained that my daughter has enamel hypoplasia (all new to me), and that she suggested working on the four molars immediately and sedation would be best so that my daughter did not move during the procedure. (My daughter had all four baby teeth pulled and was only given laughing gas and shots to numb, and she did great!) I explained I was not comfortable making a decision to have my daughter sedated, so we scheduled to have her under laughing gas (like she did for the teeth pulls) the following day. I went home and called my dentist I see on a regular basis and he suggested I come in to get a second opinion. Today, I received this very disappointing letter from Dr. Farooq informing us that she was terminating us from her office. I cannot believe a parent cannot obtain a second opinion. We are very shocked by this!

After several phone calls and follow-ups it became obvious that they do not want to repair Dr. Delaney's bad dental works on my 4 years old. My son (4 at the time, 7 now) was scared, and cried the first time visiting here. This wasn't a problem, in fact I expected it. What I didn't expect was having the "Dr." mock my son for being upset and becoming obviously frustrated for the delay this caused. Rather than reassure my son that everything would be fine, and show patience to my child, he had my son STRAPPED DOWN to the chair, pinning his arms down with a large, blue Velcro straight jacket. I was sitting next to him, and will never forget the terror in his face, or the panic in his little voice. We never went back. Now at age 7, my son still recalls this event with great detail...traumatized. Luckily, we found a great pediatric dentist that is amazing with his patients (see my other reviews for his name, as this review is about something else). Today, my son had his first stress-free visit, and I told him we could write a review for his new Dr. as well as this guy. Please, read the Google reviews of "Dr." Delaney before you choose to trust him with your child. I wish I had.

When I was old enough to have my own insurance coverage, I tried other places closer to home, but I've always come back. I've returned to this office after years of not having any dental work done, and realized the ownership change and all my previous dental hygenists have retired. I'm now seeing Dr. Rollins. I had a chipped central incisor (lower front tooth) and he did a quick repair on it. The work he did was absolutely perfect. It was so good, that the next time I was in their office, he wasn't sure which tooth he had repaired just by looking at my teeth! :) I'm really glad I decided to give this office another try under their new ownership. It's every bit as good as it was before, dare I say even better because I don't feel like this office is only out to make money. Years ago, the previous dentists decided I needed to have work done on all my rear molars and after all the sealant has fallen out or worn down, I have deep crevices that are somewhat bothersome, mainly because in hindsight, I don't believe I should have ever had that work done but I was too young to know that there was an option to decline. I was still in K-12 school at the time. I don't believe Dr. Rollins would even attempt to suggest that I have work done that I don't need. In fact, I asked about an area of concern in one of my teeth and he thought it would be better if we wait, because the work he would have had to do, would have done more damage than the wear and tear that I already have on that tooth. Love it!! IDEA: If you have sensitive gums, be sure you ask about using gas. They are skilled at administering gas which can take the edge off the pain if you're sensitive. I don't have to use gas for my cleanings, but I always ask for it if they're going to drill and it works! It wore off quickly for me, once they turned it off and I was able to drive without noticing any difference in how I felt before I arrived versus when I left the office after having gas administered.
