You left us hanging. You were even called and told we had no running water later that afternoon. You basically gave us the middle finger because you were going on vacation!! Someone will contact you shortly. This guy is a clown.. He told us he was going on vacation for 10 days.. Well, he was on it already when he came to the house to repair a Pfister faucet. I printed out the schematic and he showed me the parts he needed. I was like, okay you are approved to replace them. He tells us, we have to order the parts and when they get here to call him. Soooo, I CALLED AND ORDERED THE PARTS HE TOLD ME TO GET!! Seven days later, we call to let him know the parts are here.. He shows up and low and behold, he needs more parts because he can't see the forest through the trees and know that if there is corrosion, you should replace all the parts. This clown left me without ANY running water in the bathroom sink! Imagine having to brush your teeth in the kitchen sink or having to go to the kitchen to wash your hands after using the bathroom..
