I hired Triple P Plumbing & Drains to clear a kitchen drain that had an ongoing blockage. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before the visit, I specifically explained that the line had a history of needing a 50-foot snake to fully clear it. The technician was familiar with my home and the issue.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Instead, a shorter snake was used, and I expressed my concern at the time that it likely hadn't reached the blockage. As expected, the drain began bubbling again shortly afterward, indicating the original problem had not been resolved. I paid $180 for a service that ultimately did not fix the issue. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reached out multiple times afterward, but the problem was never corrected.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After informing them I would be using another plumbing company, the owner offered to refund my money, which I do appreciate. However, I would have preferred the repair to be completed correctly the first time rather than having to start over with another company. Based on my experience, I can't recommend the service. Alex came to assess a leaking water softener cannister that had been "existing" for years that Rayne water co. left... There were leaks from the connector points and hoses outside the house. It was quickly diagnosed-appt. made for the next day-fixed and worker mentioned our leaking hose bib by the water shut off, offered to replace it for cheap-thank you-sharp eye! During the week of plumbing issues, I had so many plumbers come to the house to try to fix the issue. Alex was not only the only one who could fix the most issues, he was the most affordable, and the most professional. He was very kind and easy to work with as I had a lot of questions to send to my landlord.
