Reset it. Over the memorial day weerkend, had to wait until tuesday to call them back, Mike the tech, said he didn't know what to do. Talked to Nate, he checked it out again, maybe the sensors in the freezer, or the board.????? It's been two weeks and NO Response. I'm tired of waiting. Askied if I had another refrigrator to use, ya, like I keep a spare on stand by. Bought a dishwasher at the same time, dishes were not getting clear. Mike told me to cut the soap pods in half, to much soap. The owner can up next readjusted some thing in the machine , use a whole cod. and it works now. Bought local to keep the economy going here. Called the Appliance Guy because the ice maker in the refrigerator was sometimes making ice…read moresometimes not. Also, when you went to get ice thru the door we had to open & slam it to get the ice to dispense. Michael showed up as schedule and spent time diagnosing the problem. He found several possible reasons for the issues. His recommendation was to start with the most inexpensive fix first to see if that corrected the issue. So, he replaced the door switches. It worked! No more slamming the door to get ice! Just so you know the other solution was to replace the entire door which would have cost $1200. He suggestion to start with the most inexpensive solution first saved me $1000! Michael was knowledgeable about the product and potential issues and honest in his recommendations. Will not hesitate to use his service again for any appliance issues!
