Not satisfied with their service. I was overcharged for the service requested. To expose the facts…read moreI requested a repair on a seal of my sink and changing a faucet of the kitchen sink. Simple repairs, took the company an hour of labor. I was charged 450 dollars for that, in which the company charged me 325 dollars to change the faucet, and that took the plumber under 10 minutes. I highly recommend whoever is using this company to get an estimate before having them do anything, I assumed it would be on the average price range for that service, but I was wrong. I felt like they took advantage of the situation, and when I contacted the company he just explained that this was the service price, unrelated to hours of work, affirming that it was fast because it was efficient and asked me "What exactly are you wanting?" Also, I had to request them to return the faucet they removed and took with them, to dispose of it, they said. I just upgraded to a new one but the one they removed was perfectly fine and I wanted to keep it. At least they brought that one back the next day. Besides all that you would expect the seal at least to sit centered to sink recess, specially for the price charged for the service and the Master Plumbing nomination that they give themselves.

We originally called for help removing an unusually placed back panel underneath our kitchen sink so we could access the plumbing. Once it was removed, I planned to install our new kitchen faucet myself, but quickly realized the space was so tight that I couldn't get the old fixture off. I called again the next day, and Vlad came out that morning and installed the new faucet for us. Then, later that same evening, I accidentally broke the cartridge while trying to install a new shower handle. We suddenly couldn't turn the water back on to the entire house. Even though Vlad had already worked a full day, he came by after his last job to help us figure out a way to at least get our water back on. What impressed me most was that he didn't just look for a quick temporary fix. He took his time, worked through the problem, and ultimately ended up fixing the shower handle and getting everything working properly. Vlad is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, and genuinely cares about finding the right solution rather than just putting a bandage on a problem. After moving into a new home and tackling a seemingly endless list of projects, finding someone this dependable has been incredibly valuable. We'll absolutely be calling Vlad again for future projects and would highly recommend him.

Our AC drip line, which ties into the sink in our upstairs bathroom, had backed up and caused the sink to clog and overflow. He was able to come out quickly, diagnose the issue, and get everything resolved. While he was here, he also took care of another clogged sink in a separate bathroom (gross wife rat tail, don't ask). He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and gave us great recommendations to help prevent future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. We would highly recommend using him again!

We've used Legacy Plumbing before, and this job is a good example of why we keep going back…read more As part of a larger renovation we needed to relocate an existing natural gas valve at our fireplace and rebuild the under-sink piping to accommodate a new sink and a moved garbage disposal. Craig was our contact, with Nick assisting. During the quote, Craig laid out the options and told me honestly where each one would and wouldn't get me. He never talked down to me, and he also didn't just nod along to whatever I proposed in order to write a bigger invoice. He was clear that a gas line relocation is partly unknown until you open the wall, and rather than hiding that, he pointed to the exact line on the quote where a change would appear. While he was there for the estimate he also fixed a toilet issue in our master bath that had nothing to do with the job and had been annoying us for months. He arrived right in the middle of the scheduled window on work day. Once he could see inside how the wall was actually framed, he helped us change the target slightly so we got the outcome we wanted with less demolition and less money. When he realized he was missing a less common part for the sink rebuild, he found the part nearby, left, and came back quickly. The work is high quality. No leaks anywhere. Everything was left clean. He took the time to show us how to operate and adjust what he installed, especially the new gas valve. The final invoice had zero surprises and was adjusted fairly as the project changed, exactly as he'd described up front.

I can't say enough good things about Trident plumbing. I recently had to replace my pressure…read moreregulator valve and contacted a few plumbers to get estimates and time frames. Trident had availability when I need them and their price was fair. Vlad and his assistant (my apologies I forgot the assistant's name) were the plumbers assigned to my job; They were both professional and courteous. Vlad explained what they were going to do and got quickly to work on replacing the valve. They worked tirelessly digging up and removing the old valve. Despite the heat and humidity they were happily working together to replace the valve and even dealt with interruptions from my son who was very curious about the work taking place outside of his window. They answered his questions and didn't seem annoyed by his curiosity. Once the job was complete Vlad showed me the new valve and explained how to operate it, he also explained the invoice and asked if I had any questions. I don't know much about plumbing, but the quality of the work looked top notch. They cleaned everything up and I couldn't even tell anyone had been in my flower bed. I was really impressed. Lastly, the inspector for the city of Frisco came out to inspect the job and even commented on how clean and professional the new installation was. I highly recommend Trident plumbing and I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs. I was happy with the entire process; I didn't feel like I was being upsold or overcharged for the work. Everything was explained and the work was preformed in a professional manner. Well done!

Hello, We used Trident Plumbing out of Frisco Texas for a slab leak detection during our home…read moresale. The quality of testing was terrible and our follow up requests for support was worse. Trident detected two leaks under the house. One leak they detected was 7 feet away from the actual leak and the other was 21 feet away from where they detected. Because we used their recommendations on access points and measurements we went into the slab in the garage to fix one and tore apart one of our bathrooms to access the other. Based on the actual locations we could have gone in from the exterior of the house. Their errors cost us an extra $5,700 in plumbing cost, more than $900 in bathroom repair and alot of work and time. Each time we followed up with Trident to discuss the situation we were treated very poorly. I also sent them emails with no follow up. Thomas Bates and Brian Brunner miss handled the situation. Follow Up to Response Below: I guess I can't respond to your response below but I can edit my initial comment. 1) We hired you for a leak detection and your leak detection was completely wrong. As a licensed plumber I expected quality work as I would with any licensed professional. The very experienced licensed master plumber we hired to do the digging and repair thought he could rely on your detection as well. 2) Your price per foot to dig was much higher thus we would have had a larger outlay of cash if we went with you to do the work. Furthermore, given the quality of your work, in hindsight I am thankful we did not use you. 3) Obviously you care more about your online reviews than you do your customers because this has been going on since December with no adequate response from you and yet you respond to my Yelp comment within a couple hours.

No matter which plumber you like or how you expect to handle your leak, call Leak Whisperers first…read moreand pay the relatively low price for a diagnostic. There are a lot of different types of people out there with different types of knowledge and experience and different tools they use, but this should absolutely be your first call. I say that because it was not my first call and I wish it had been. I have a friend who is very plugged into the plumbing industry who recommended another plumber to me. So that plumber, who advertisers leak detection as part of his services as well, came and spent some time trying to localize it. He was here for almost 7 hours, much of which was diagnosing the issue and then doing a couple reroutes. When he left, we knew it was still leaking (probably a 2nd leak, we assumed), but it was late and the issue was seeming fairly complex. Before he came out again a couple days later, I asked Jason to come have a look. He walked in and it took him about 15 minutes to map out the pipes and identify the most likely source of the leak. We spent a little more time reviewing what the other plumber had done and talking about what the next steps should probably be. He was very professional about that process, not just crapping on the other plumber's work or anything like that. He also helped me get the lines labeled so it would be easier for me to know what was what. He clearly cared to see that my issue was resolved. When the other plumbers came back, Jason sent me several text messages with information I could share with them that he knew would be helpful. When it sounded like they were maybe not in alignment, he sent me a lot more information and strongly advised letting him call me so I could get us all on the phone together. I tried my best to be diplomatic about this process because I didn't want anybody feeling like their toes were getting stepped on, but ultimately we got on speaker phone with those guys and Jason explained what was going on. They were a little bit resistant at first and wanted to keep on with their own methods of exploring the situation, but it didn't take long for them to realize that everything Jason had said was true and that his recommended solution was the best course of action. So, ultimately, everybody ended up in agreement, the main difference being that it took Jason -- with his tools and experience -- about 25 minutes to know everything you could want to know. And the most important thing to know about this is that the plumbers I had been using were still good plumbers with decades of experience who I would still not hesitate to recommend. Jason just happens to have a particular expertise doing leaks day in and day out. The other guys were qualified and competent. Jason was just next level. Before they left, they commented that Jason had been really helpful and asked me for his contact information so they could see about using him on some of their jobs. I think that's a pretty damn good endorsement. Anyway, I know there are a lot of options on Yelp if you have a leak, but I don't see any reason to look any further from here.
