They were more than helpful help figure out my problem. You just don't see that kind of customer service these days. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service. He helped troubleshoot the issue by phone. AND it was past their closing time. Unfortunately, I purchased my tub from a company in Columbus. They sent a tech (in the loosest since of the word.) and charged me almost $700 to come and check it out. they replaced a fuse and off they went. Needless to say, a huge waste of money. I will give all of my future business to Spa Direct and credit is to Ralph. He is very knowledgeable and more than happy to help. Great Job!

I have to get my soda from a soda machine because the RPAC in the basement near the lockers only takes payments from students and facility who are members of the RPAC, but they have huge space for working out, taking fitness classes, and another pool that has 8 lanes (25 yards) that has a movable floor and waterslide area for families. Howard had the right part # , Right Hot Tub , Verified with Serial Number and they still sent the wrong ones. Thats where Howard stepped in and ordered head rest for an A series and they fit Perfect. He did just enough work to get each of the "deposits" needed to start the next phase. He did shoddy work throughout, but because we are not pool experts, it looked good enough to the naked eye. He kept promising that he'd be back to finish the job, but once he got 90% of the contract, he disappeared. To echo the only other review, if you decide to deal with this person and/or company (and I obviously would NEVER again and wish I had never), do NOT pay them any money until the work is completed.
