I did everything I could to ensure the wet soapy floor was blocked off to prevent falls and injuries. I moved my clothes and restarted the wash. I've done it the same way for all this time. Three initial loads- two malfunctioned. Two second loads- one malfunctioned. I was there for HOURS longer than I should ever have to be.
