Accessible and conveniently located on Georgia street for when the farmer's market happens. Cons: Unsanitary on multiple levels. There is a persistent odor in the space which I believe is responsible for the constant cloud of flies that occupy the center of the room. This is not properly addressed, and instead "treated" with a single small bug zapper off to the side of the room (which my photos show is not regularly cleaned either). Multiple machines were out of order and/or broken, and of those remaining there were a few that clearly needed a proper cleaning as they also smelled. The bathroom was locked and no attendant was present, so do not plan on being able to use the restroom on site. There is a single, metal bench for sitting tucked in the back right, however be wary as it was partially broken and falls backwards. To top this all off, the business license that is displayed expired in 2024. The most recent reviews I read prior to visiting had multiple responses of the place being under new management. The state of the place leaves one asking "what management?"

I did everything I could to ensure the wet soapy floor was blocked off to prevent falls and injuries. I moved my clothes and restarted the wash. One of my loads had to be washed 3x before it was actually done because another washer malfunctioned too. None of that would make me stop using a place I loved washing clothes at for years. The woman who blamed me for their shit breaking, didn't offer refunds or assistance and who was generally rude is why I won't go back. Two more people were having washing machine issues as well... a total of 5 machines malfunctioned that I saw and she kept blaming the customers. We do more laundry than you lady. I've done it the same way for all this time. Three initial loads- two malfunctioned. Two second loads- one malfunctioned. I was there for HOURS longer than I should ever have to be. My shoes and socks and sweat jacket all got soaked. I taped off the water spill with my own tape. No thank you. No offer of refund, just blame.
