I called wash n dry to try to figure out what happened especially because this mistake is now preventing me from getting groceries for the week. The woman on the phone because extremely frustrated with me and GENUINELY STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT I WASNT LISTENING TO A WORD SHE WAS SAYING AND HUNG UP ON ME. I find this to be wild and incredibly unprofessional. I asked her what her name was and she yelled "IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT MY NAME IS" ok.
