She was always amazing throughout all of this. She was the one that called me. She was the one that told them. I did the right thing and called them an hour and a half after I put the deposit down and that I did the right thing and I should get my money back. So kudos to Jessica. If you're gonna go to the dealership go to Jessica she's amazing. Do not use this dealership. After I put a $500 non- refundable down. 2 hours later I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen where I couldn't do it. I'm a single mom and I work three jobs. I called them less than two hours after I put the money down asking if I could get my money back. And it's Christmas time and I'm a cancer survivor. None of that mattered they just keep your money. They don't care if you don't buy a car from them even though I told them I couldn't afford a car from them because of the circumstances that changed all they cared about was their money. come to Columbus and buy from, Germain Lexus of Easton or Dublin. It's worth the drive. They have much better customer service. The guy at the Toledo Lexus dealership told me the car sat on their lot for 85 days before I came in, then had the audacity to try to convince me that because of the hour and a half that the car was held for me, that I killed a sale. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later,after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. You can go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put a deposit down on a car for $500 and if something changes they will refund your money back. Not this group! They don't care about you as a human being at all. Buyer beware read all of the negative reviews. Choose a different dealer.

I had Aaron put racing brake fluid and oil, but forgot to put the cap back on the brake fluid! The only reason this wasn't total disaster is because I take my car to the track on a trailer. Tech inspectors at the race track caught it and we all had a good laugh at my mechanic's expense!! That would have been an excusable mistake but now I found out he over-torqued my oil pan bolt and stripped the threads. Now I have to spend almost 3k to get it replaced and I've had to cancel my next track event while I wait on the back ordered part. I left him a message with an opportunity to make this right and have not gotten any response. Don't let this hack touch your car.
