She was so understanding of everything I have gone through. She was compassionate. She told me that they are a company here to help people like me who don't have very much credit Who have no debt Who got in a car accident and lost a $20,000 vehicle in March and is waiting on a settlement and that could be any time so I expressed to her how important it was that I got a nice vehicle for me to drive and that was safe to work and back because I have a family and I have a child at first Amanda told me the car that I wanted was $13,000. I was a static. I knew that I would get approved for that especially with my husband cosigning. she then began to talk nonstop about how she was going to torch late and made my husband and I feel very, very uncomfortable and awkward like we needed to hurry and rush so that she could make it to with her niece and her daughter Monday we called her ASAP, the car went up $3000 for some reason I was desperate and also really liked the car. It was perfect for me. I should've known better I should've realized and felt her energy the first day that she was a fake. I have had the worst experience my entire life with these people , not to mention the six months of hell that I have gone through because of a UPS driver who told my car and herniated disc in my back just six months ago this has been the hardest in my entire life. I made sure Amanda knew all of this. I made sure she knew that we were brand new at all of this. I've never bought a car myself before and she treated me like I was stupid . every question I asked her she made me feel like I was an idiot. I am 35 years old and I've never bought my own vehicle before because I never had to. I've always paid cash for my vehicles and gotten I guess I shouldn't say I've never bought my own vehicle. I guess I should say I have never financed a vehicle, so there was a lot of questions and a lot of things that I did not know this woman made me feel so incredibly dumb. She made me feel so little. I have spent time crying over this spent time being when I shouldn't be. It's my fault. I let this woman take me to the spot in my head and let me get angry and let me stoop to a level that I never ever stoop to , but she doesn't deserve to have a job let alone a salesman or especially a gosh darn Manager I just got off the phone with the finance company about some thing that she did on purpose and they told me literally their words were screw Amanda come to the building right now and you can pick up your title so guess what Amanda thanks but no thanks I really hope your boss and I hope everyone sees this and I am not saying this to belittle anyone. I am saying this to make sure to help other people out there who are like me who have no idea about credit and Who have no idea about financing things and who is new to all of this don't you ever step foot in that place or ever speak to the two women that work there or they have all been incredibly incredibly rude and have made this a nightmare. I can't wait to pay this car off and never have to deal with this company ever again in my life, I bought a car from there years ago , she tried to tell me that she came in and turned the place around. /24/24 Placed order 1583 (complete wiring harness 1675.00)…read more5/14/24 Received email 3 month delay do to back order 6/23/24 Received email stating 3 month delay 10/16/24 Order Shipped and received on 10/23/24 2/16 I initiated install and sent Zack messages that the harness connections were incorrect for power seats/windows/locks 2/25/25 Zack acknowledges the harness connections are in fact incorrect and sends me a tutorial on how to open the harness and redirect circuits. I communicated to Zack I had to hire help in order to trouble shoot his product and found the connections that needed to be replaced. (3-way 56 series connection for power seats had an orange wire that only supplied power when the light switch was activated) I paid 200.00 to get to this point and paid an additional 300.00 to have the harness redone and also had a thicker fusebox ground wire installed to accommodate for the seats, windows. Zack then sent a message 3/3/2024 asking if I just wanted 200.00 back to which I stated yes to but also explained at this point I have 500.00 in trouble shooting his product. Zack then responded that he didn't offer 200.00 but was merely asking to see what I was thinking. This is the fourth harness I have purchased from Z&M Jeeps and will be the last. Zack is nearly impossible to make contact with and needles to say his products are not of quality I would expect. The other 3 harnesses I have purchased have not had power seats,windows. This harness may have worked in a Jeep without power seats / windows but not in 1982 SJ. In addition the headlight black wires had to be reversed as well as they were incorrect.
