Ashley even offered to come in on Saturday and give me the run down on the place and explain the classes. During my consultation, Ashley gave me a quick tour of the place, took my measurements, snapped a before pix and answered all my questions. Scheduling the classes is easy, you just visit the website, log in, pick the days you want and hit finish. This isn't like any gym I've been in before... there's no stepper machines, no treadmills, no recumbent bicycles. There is, however a complete TRX setup in the middle of the floor, stretch bands on the wall, ropes hanging from the ceiling and a myriad of other apparatus to get your heart pumping and your body moving. So far I've attended one class and have two more scheduled this week. Every one was friendly, super supportive and just a little bit competitive. Much to my surprise the hour flew by and I'm looking forward to my next class. The may be the beginning of the end for my 24-Fitness membership. I'll be updating this review as I progress through the next 30 days.

Literally…read morethe worst experience I've had at ANY rec center (and I've been to pretty much all of them within an hour radius). I brought my daughter to swim and we stayed about 30 min. The only area where she could *actually* swim had a giant fan blowing down from the ceiling...we were both shivering within 10 minutes. The pool area looks massive, but the actual space for a kid to swim is tiny. SO much wasted space. The playground are is great for toddlers, but beyond that it's a huge disappointment. Why is there a huge fan blowing down onto the pool on a cold, rainy day?? The pool water temps were miserably cold which means the hot tubs were overrun with people who were camped out in them. We couldn't even dip a toe in the hot tub because they were 'full'. There were also crowds of completely unsupervised kids everywhere we turned. The whole 'adult supervision for kids under 10' is an absolute JOKE. After being pushed, kicked, shoved, jumped on for 30 minutes, we cut our losses and left. Will absolutely not be back.

I have been rehabbing my neck for months now, and what she did in one 90 min session was more than all of my PT and regular massage work COMBINED! She helped and explained why my foot falls asleep, she helped with my jaw clicking, and I have range of movement with my neck and arm that I haven't had in years. I'm not joking. I've been able to sleep again. She went beyond my paid time to fully finish some techniques, she wrote me up an email with some exercises to do, and she gave me a list of specialized areas for the next body work specialist to focus on. I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

They have a lap pool and they also have a warmer pool that includes a lazy river and a couple of lap lanes, along with the children's play area. We were there on a weekday afternoon well swim lessons were going on, but had plenty of space to use one lap lane and the lazy river. They have a set of steps to enter by the lazy river and they have a chairlift that enters into one of the lanes. There's also a hot tub that has steps with a rail to get in. In the family locker room there are two accessible changing rooms with a bathroom and shower, including a shower bench and adjustable showerhead. They have an automatic door opener, which is phenomenal, however, the lock is up pretty high, which makes it less accessible for wheelchair users, and short people. there are two other changing rooms in the family locker space that don't have the automatic button, adjustable showerhead, or shower bench, or grab bars on the toilet, but are still fairly large and have space for a wheelchair user There was plenty of accessible parking and automatic doors to get into the building. The space exiting was pretty tight due to how they have the chairs arranged, somebody with a larger wheelchair may have to exit through the entry lane. We also used the steam room, there was no automatic door, but the door wasn't terribly heavy. We've been to lots of rec centers in the Denver Metro area, and this is definitely one of the most accessible

Everyone is in masks, everyone has their own bottle of cleaner to wipe down equipment, and everyone has their own 10'-15' space in the gym to work out. Doors are open, the ceilings are high, and classes are limited to 6 people. They are making a huge effort to clean every day, and everyone is screened for symptoms before entering the gym. Honestly, I was more worried picking up an order at Home Depot than I've been at Ethos - they are taking our health and safety extremely seriously. As a former athlete with multiple surgeries under my belt, I've been in and out of gyms and physical therapy my whole life. I went through years of very expensive personal trainers only to see minimal gains. I decided to try Ethos after hearing about it from former teammates. What I found was a gym that challenged me, with a team of trainers that are dedicated to every member's success. After 40+ years of destroying my body, I'm now learning how to breathe and move in a different way in order to prevent further injuries. In less than a year I've gained more strength and confidence than I ever did with 10 years of personal trainers. Simply put, Ethos is the best.
