We had them install a water heater years ago, and very recently (January, 2025) had them install two new toilets, flush the water heaters and replace three older toilet water valves (the small water shutoff on the wall behind the toilets). They worked with us with advice, then arrived very promptly when our toilets (which we ordered ourselves) arrived. There were a couple of small glitches, both of which were fixed with a smile within 24 hours. The plumber ("Brendan") was considerate and cleaned the site before he left. The prices are "retail," but the VALUE is in the job well done, by fully-certified plumbers rather.

I discovered he used a plastic part instead of the recommended metal (so he could pocket more money of course). When I called to ask if he could honor a 1 year warranty, he refused. He told me that plastic parts are what he uses exclusively and that failure after 1 year is common. Unless you want inferior parts that will fail, do not use Mike Krischke Plumbing.

the only reason i am posting this is for people getting service be persistent on what you want!!!…read moreTankers did some rerouting on my plumbing for me a few yrs back, and they wanted to go out to the back yard to use same plumbing they already existed! the problem with that was there was 40 yrs of grease existing in those pipes and and i was wanting to avoid the issue of having to snake my sink every few months which i had previously paid them to do?! they assured me they couldn't go out the front! that's when i shoulda ask for second opinion!!! and sure enough several months later and several snaking from several plumbers! i had someone reroute it again this time going out the front to the septic! avoiding the price of digging up my floor to replace the piping below!! i am so mad at myself for not getting a second opinion!!! i will never doubt my instinct again! so please if anyone is insisting one way and u don't believe it 100% please get second opinion! my plumbing works great and its been couple yrs without a issue and i have a clean out installed if i ever need it!!!!
