these guys are awesome! Ross the owner was friendly & professional on the phone & was confident they could fix our lexmark laser printer. Rich the technician came out, and wow! this guy knows his printers! He fixed it right away & even showed me how to check its settings using the IP address on our PC .. its an industrial size - not a regular printer - so i knew nothing other than to send work to it. Turns out we also needed new photoconductors - who knew? And Rich even showed me how to install it when it arrives. It was so easy to deal w this company vs. my 1st phone call to Lazer Jet Tech which didn't go well (see review) & i hung up feeling frustrated. So if you're thinking of calling Lazer Jet Tech think again. These guys are waaaay better to deal with & they understand we, the consumer, don't know squat when it comes to industrial size printers. You're definitely dealing with a better business here! we'll absolutely be calling these guys again if we ever have a problem again. Highly recommend this company for all your printer fixes. I have been a customer of Common Sense Business Solutions for a couple of years now. I work for a company that does live training seminars and we print a lot of forms, fliers etc. for our events. We need a machine that works well and is serviced quickly when we need it to be. I have worked with multiple copy/print/scan businesses over the past 10 years, both local and national companies but Ross and his team at CSBS have been by far the best I've worked with. The machine has been rock solid, and on the rare occasions we need service we have been able to count on Rita coming out on very short notice and resolving our issue.
