The parking lot is often pretty busy, but there always seem to be spots on the side of the store.

I don't think your corporate policy is to fail to inform customers of their options and to ring up almost $200 for what should be a $20 trip to San Francisco from Sonoma county.

I am very happy with how things were handled after the experience. I'm so heartbroken. I had some expensive anatomy books that I thought would be great to get a spiral bind on them. I paid for an anatomy atlas for $120 and an anatomy coloring book for $30. I took them to staples because they said they could do a spiral bind and it was very inexpensive. But I guess you get what you pay for because they totally messed up on my books. The hole punched didn't go through some of the pages, the spiral is sticking out at the ends because the hole punches didn't go through all the way, and they didn't catch some of the pages on to the spiral. Now I'm stuck with books that are semi usable. The customer service was eh. They weren't really apologetic or even tried to show that they cared that they messed up on my books. At least I got a refund but $8 is nothing compared to $150 worth of books. Beware of taking your things that you paid a lot for because this could happen to you.
