I also found the meals provided very inadequate & wanting. It seemed there was always something (a condiment, or even a portion of the meal that was not provided, as expected & not available once the meals had been delivered). I felt the cost of the stay was far too expensive considering the shared bathroom, the lack of good meals, & some of the staffing issues, mostly centered around how my mefications were administered. This facility is adequate, but certainly nothing to brag about.

Basically, your mom or grandparent could stay for a few months while healing from an illness to moving in as long as needed for care. I met several staff members and saw parts of the building. The employees are nice. The administrators have drawings for employees who have been extra kind or done something special for a patient. The Front Royal location is in an area surrounded by trees. The property is nice. They are also near a school, so don't speed on the drive.

Meaning are you willing to pay for the bed out of pocket while you are not there. If not, when you leave the hospital even for a short two or three day stay you are shipped to a different nursing home. That is all well and good and normal business until your loved one is shipped to a nursing home that cares about you coming back to them. The nursing home ENCORE in Woodbridge VA sends out what they call a delegation to your hospital room with get well card, asks if you would be willing to return to them after your stay and keeps your room open for you. Its a very charming experience and it makes you realize how callus some nursing homes choose to be.

DEI (white woman) yes they are the biggest receiver of DEI. Working from home. Shell of an office and they put everything on the Facilitator the blame and the work. If you ever get a hold of anyone besides the Facilitator consider yourself blessed. Run there are better agencies out there. My daughter lost hours because they put 2 word sentence to Medicaid about services needed. As the mother of 2 autistic daughters I have legal documents they told me were not needed. When I called Medicaid I was told those documents would definitely help my case.
